Update 10/4. Wrote this review over a month ago and no one bothered to reach out to try to rectify this situation. Changing from a 3 rating to a 1 due to this. I've seen other reviews where the owner acknowledges their mistakes but doesn't do anything to fix it. Staying wealthy by screwing over customers isn't the way to do it. Zaxby's as a whole has lost my business for good.
We stopped going here for a while because the chicken was so hit or miss. After seeing the new menu items, the revamped app, etc. - we decided to try again last night. It was the worst visit yet. When I got our order, I checked it and realized we got 2 kiddie tenders when I ordered kiddie cheese. I went in to have them fix it. They said they would and the employee asked another staff member to make 2 kiddie cheese. After several minutes and the employee behind the counter noticing I still didn't have them, he asked the other employee about it. The kiddie cheeses had been forgotten and not made. After another several minutes (almost 15 at this point), at least 10 other people had ordered, received their food, and left and I was still waiting on 2 kiddie cheese. A different staff member from the back asked the guy at the front what I was waiting on and he said kiddie cheeses, and they started making them. I can only assume by that, that they were forgotten about again. A few moments later, my food was brought out but by this time (and the 15 min drive home) our chicken that we had also ordered for my husband and I was room temperature at best and had started to harden. And the icing on the cake was I had ordered 2 sprites with no ice and got 2 lemonades full of ice, which I didn't notice til I was on the way home. The only reason I'm even giving 3 stars is because the guy at the front and the girl at the drive through were very friendly and the guy at the front genuinely seemed to care that it took so long for 2 simple grilled cheeses. Read moreZaxby’s always have delicious food. This establishment is just like any other Zaxby’s in that respect. But the customer service here is HORRIBLE. They need some different workers. They don’t know a thing about QUALITY CONTROL. I used my app to order food yesterday 7/10/23, when I arrived the bag was sealed. I checked to make sure that the order was correct. They had forgotten the Zax Sauce. I told one of the workers that the sauce was missing. Instead of just giving me a sauce, she proceeded to tell me how it could be “hiding” behind the container of food. So I had to take EVERYTHING out of the bag to show this young lady that the sauce was INDEED NOT HIDING in the bag.
Today 7/11/23, my daughter Door Dashed an order from this same place, as she is a driving school student and we will not allow her to walk down to the restaurant. There are no sidewalks for her to travel. Her order was TOTALLY wrong. She called and the person she spoke with told her she could bring the food back. My daughter told her that she was not allowed to walk back down there and the worker told my child that there were other driving school students there. Really? How about GET THE ORDER CORRECT before you seal up the bag for the Dasher. How about NOT tell my child to WALK on an unsafe road to return the order that YOU MESSED UP.
I do want to give a shout out to Candice. She was very accommodating to me when I went back to take my child’s order for a replacement. Thank you Candice.

Read moreI placed an order thru the app, mostly because of the deals available were only available on the app and I like to be able to see everything written out so I dont forget something. I ordered and proceeded to get in the drive thru at 6:11pm, letting the drive thru attendant know we were there at around 6:17. It was a long line, but it moved really fast considering. As soon as we got to the window we were asked to pull forward to the 1st parking spot to wait for our food. 35 min later we had witnessed roughly 20 cars and an entire parking lot clear out from dine in and drive thru and still no food. We went back to the window and the same girl who told us to pull up opened the window and asked what she could do for us. We pointed to where she told us to park and said weve been waiting for nearly 40 minutes. She just yells out "oh!!!" And bolts to get our melted milkshake and cold food trying to hand it to us. $40 worth of food just sitting there and its halloween night where we were trying to get home eat and get ready for trick-or-treaters. Definitely a horrible experience and I could not believe they really tried to hand us nearly hour old food. 6 minutes later, they had food ready.. but im so irritated I dont...
