Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

Placed a curbside pick up order. Received email, then checked in online once we arrived. After waiting almost 15mins for someone to bring out my order I called into the store. A girl answered the phone and when I informed her that we checked in almost 15mins ago and no one has brought our order out i was told that they do not know when there are online orders and that we need to come inside to pick up our order and that they dont do curbside pickup. I asked the employee for her name several times, she did not want to give it me, kept telling me to wait and hold on. Finally after asking for like the 20th time she remembered her name was Ashley. Then I come in the store for my curbside pick up only to be ignored by the cashier. I had to finally ask if someone was going to give us our order or continue to ignore us standing there. Not only was our food cold after all this. We were missing parts of the order, and there is barely any sauce on the wings.

This is the absolute worst Zaxbys I've ever had the misfortune to come accross. The ENTIRE staff here are the slowest, least engaged, could care less, not able to comprehend a super simple order even at the register level, and are barely trained to operate the register let alone the restraunt. This is not a one off or even two off situtation. I live down the street. If I want zaxbys I'm either forced here or I have to drive to the other one in snellville since the closed the one up the street. Ive been coming here for 12 years and it has gotten so bad I. The past 2 years that its going to be my last time here. The line is ALWAYS all the out I to the road. The employees so rude to all the customers, EVERYTIME. literally everytime im inside the manager is just yelling and berating employees loud and in front of customers, obviously because they haven't properly trained them in the first place. Very disappointed, I pulled up at 520 and ordered a sandwich and a fry. Was immediately told to pull I to a spot to wait for my food. Three other cars came after me and got there food while I sat and waited. By this time it's 545. There is no way possible it takes that long for a sandwich and fries to b made. And everyone else gets there food before me that came after me. I was told there was no wait but clearly there was. The manager brought my food out and it was wrong and when I told her it was wrong she gave me attitude took the food and I waited an additional five minutes before she came back out with it and it was still wrong. I went into the store and everyone was standing around talking and laughing. This is unacceptable. There is no reason why I should have waited this long for my food and for it to be wrong and to catch attitude from the MANAGER. Ridiculous. And there was no apology or anything from the manager.
