Seems okay. Someone wanted to bring me here really bad I just went with it. But I was surprised it was really good. I've only visited once. I really liked the experience and hope it's good for everyone else and continues to be good for me and my family but I'm very doubtful. Hopefully the owners proves me wrong. Because all things come from the owner to management and everyone else.
Well I previously reviewed 5 star and really happy about coming here. But unfortunately it has changed and like I mentioned in the 5 star review post I was doubtful it would be a good experience for long. I ordered a soda never got a refill my wife wasn't happy about the experience and we are sitting down with our family. My drink sat empty while i was eating. I've managed and own a restaurant around the corner and looking to expand that is rated 5 stars and always 100 on health inspection and everything is taken seriously for over 16 years. The employee we spoke with I don't think he cared at all or took it seriously. Most of the employees were using the establishment as a playground. Like it doesn't matter if the place stays open another day. But that didn't bother us much. We were rarely ever checked on and I never got a refill and regret ordering a soda. If our server was employed at my restaurant he would be properly trained and respected in the community. Very happy and confident. There wouldn't be any issues

Read moreThe server Cam was excellent. Instead of going to the Hibachi restaurant I chose to come to this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The food was very subpar. My fiance and I ordered flounder and instead of receiving that the kitchen sent me two pieces of flounder and two pieces of Whiting fish. When I sent it back I was told that those two pieces were in fact flounder and the fish look that way because of ordering it from a different vendor. Not to mention the flounder on my fiance's plate and the other two pieces of flounder on my plate look the same. I eat flounder all the time and I know the difference between Whiting and Flounder so I found it very upsetting that the manager would try to deceive the customer this way.
After leaving the restaurant my daughter and my son complained about their stomach hurting. By the time we got home 20 minutes later they both ran to the bathroom after getting out of the car. Can you people please have your staff to wash their hands after using the freaking restroom. It was either that or the food was not cooked to completion. Read moreI see somehow my review has disappeared... so let me reiterate my terrible experience. First I wish I had read these reviews there seems to be a pattern of subpar service. I placed an online order at 2:45pm I was told order to be ready at 3:30pm ok fine. I go there at 3:30pm my food is not out I wait 10 mins my instinct told me to ask the young lady to check and make sure my order is coming up. She comes back to tell me they don't have my order, a manager comes asks to see my email I show him, his excuse there's an online order problem says he'll get right on my order its 4pm now. I'm waiting 15mins I ask the manager again what's up with my order his excuse oh it takes time to fry the food etc so i ask him to comp my meal for my inconvenience he says they can't do it cause its online order. but he says he will discount my next visit and he will have the kitchen put my order ahead. Now its 4:30 still no food i speak to another manager the 1st one I spoke to is MIA now I demand this manager to just create a fictitious to go order to get it done she does that I get my food at 5PM!!! after I've watched at least 30 to go orders fulfilled.
