Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

I ordered the kicken chicken meal right. I also ordered 2 kids chicken meals right. I get all the way home and I ended up having 2 grilled cheese kid meals and a 5 finger chicken plate. I called the zaxbys cause they literally got my whole order wrong besides the drinks. And when the assistant manager answered I’m trying to explain that my meal is completely wrong I can’t even hear the assistant manager cause employees in the back are yelling and partying like it’s a club so the assistant manager says “hang on one sec” puts me on hold or mute whatever then comes back it’s finally quiet in the back so she can hear me now. I tell her my order is completely wrong and she looks at it on her previous orders I’m guessing and tells me I ordered a 5 finger chicken plate and grilled cheese .. first of all I don’t EVER order that when I go to zaxbys I get the same meal for me and my kids every time I go there and she just continues to say or think that I’m wrong! Literally so crazy and whoever was taking my order had to of been high or something cause I had to repeat my order 5 times and he even repeated it so I don’t see how they still got it all wrong! Just terrible will not be coming to this zaxbys again! And the grilled cheese didn’t even have cheese on it! Who orders a grilled cheese from Zaxby’s...

I went there last night and ordered wings. I usually love their wings when i get them at other locations. Wings came out cold. I pulled around to drive up again and told the lady the wings were cold and i wanted a refund. She told me to pull around... No apology. When i got to the window, a different lady came over and took my receipt. I told her I don't understand why they are serving cold food. She nodded, didn't speak, and walked away... No apology. A man, apparently the manager, came to where the two ladies were looking at the register and did the refund. He handed me my receipt and said, "Here's your refund." No apology.

I told him that I spoke with three people and not one apology. He said he didn't know anything was wrong. I told him the wings were cold. I also said, you just think you're giving a refund for no reason? He replied that he wasn't told why and that sometimes they ring up people for the wrong order. I told him that would still need an apology.

I’ve been to this Zaxbys an estimated 20 times over the last two years. No exaggeration, they have messed up my order EVERY time I’ve given them my business. Enough is enough. The food is good. Hence my return visits. I enjoy their food. But every time I receive my food only to discover they once again can’t take a simple food order properly, I ask myself is it worth the price of admission. The food is good, again. But at what point do I stop patronizing a business that can’t properly take a food order. I’ve walked inside and personally, and respectfully, expressed my concerns to management. To no avail. Nothing has changed. Order a meal, no sauce. Request a specific sauce, receive a different one. Ask for no onions on a salad, receive extra onions. Order coleslaw as a side, receive fries. Maybe someone who has the ability and cares enough to fix it reads this. Until then, I wish your company the best and truly hope you fix it. Otherwise, from a fellow business manager, this Zaxbys is only setting itself up for...
