12/27/18 @ 6:54 is when my nightmare began....Horrible experience due to unprofessionalism & lack of customer service. I ordered 3 large fries supposedly cost $2.50 each which totaled $7.50. I upgraded to 2 basket of fries cost $3.29(?). I was gvn I basket of fries & was told they were doing me a favor & not charging me mire. I expressed I nvr asked for a favor, I dnt mind paying the difference of & according to the calculations thus far $7.50(total for 3 large fries) -$3.29(total for 1 basket of fries)=$4.21. So I requested my additional basket of fries tht I was owed or a refund of the difference of $4.21. Needless to say Kya the server ( young high school hood rat) slammed the sliding door in my face as she rolled her eyes to communicate whatever she did to the mngr-Denise. After explaining the price difference to Denise she made amends & gave me my additional fries I pd for. Kya rind bck to window & when I asked her for her nm she refused and I asked for mngr Denise again. Kya server ( young high school hood rat) once more miscommunicated to Denise my request & Denise immediately forwarded the message via Kya server (young high school hood rat) to me that she is calling Cobb county Police on me. I encouraged them to & informed them our entire interaction has been video recording since I noticed the car prior to me being held up for an unpleasant experience. Itâs clear server ( young high school hood rat) needs to remain in school & not be allowed to oversee any financial transactions due to the difficulties sheâs facing with basic addition & subtraction. Denise Mngr needs soft skills courses & a self esteem life coach for personal growth because sheâs being manipulated by a ( young high school hood rat). Lastly, the owner of this establishment could care less about customer service because this has been an ongoing problem since I relocated to this area 2yrs ago. Others within the community, family & friends hv all experienced a disgusting experience with this establishment. My experience was an all time high..... the threat of calling the police on me to file what. When I revealed the recording the entire tone & mannerism changed.    Read moreThere are two Zaxbyâs near where I live, and this location has always been my favorite for being the fastest. However, tonight my family and I had the worst experience with the order taker, Leyla. Sheâs not a good order taker and makes the process more complicated than it needs to be.
I asked for two orders of the eggrolls, fully aware that one order comes with two pieces. Leyla asked my spouse, who was placing the order, âOne order of eggrolls comes with two eggrolls. Do you still want two orders?â He responded yes. Simple enoughâwe wanted four pieces total. No different than ordering two number ones.
When we got to the window and paid, I checked the bag and realized there was only one order of eggrolls. My spouse flagged her down and told her one was missing. Instead of correcting it, she got defensive, saying she had asked if we wanted two eggrolls and we said yes. I explained exactly what was said, and she told us to pull forward. As she walked away, she slammed the drive-thru window.
At that point, I was upset. I blew the horn to get her attention, and she tried to ignore us until another young lady came over. Leyla eventually approached the window again with an attitude, as if she was ready to argue. I made a few comments about her lack of professionalism and asked for a manager. A brown-skinned man with dreads came to the window, but he clearly didnât care. He handed us the missing eggrolls, and when I asked for her name so I could contact corporate, he said, âI canât give that information out,â and shut the window.
If you canât handle the simple task of correcting an order in a professional way, maybe find another form of income that doesnât involve working with the public. Someone more customer-friendly should definitely be handling the...
   Read moreThe Austell GA location is terrible! I drive past this location on my way home from work and will pick up dinner occasionally. The service has always be subpar, but today's experience was will end my visits to this location. The person taking my drive thru order was rude and very disrespectful. When I responded to her and let her know "I could not hear you" she only got more rude. While sitting in the line, I called to speak to the manager (Denise, was her name if the staff was being honest). I was going over what happened when she disconnected the phone. I was not mad at her or yelling at her, just explaining what happened and that I want to have another person at the window to complete my order/purchase. She HUNG UP ON ME!!!! My 78 yr old mother was with me and heard it all. We sat in the car shocked, wondering what just happened. Then when we go to the window, the manager refused to come speak with me and sent someone else. This gentleman was respectful and kind, and seemed embarrassed to have to tell me she doesn't handle confrontations and complaints so she isn't coming to speak with me!!! She turned a simple complaint about a staff's behavior into a bigger issue and has now lost several customers. This was totally unacceptable and uncalled for. She shouldn't be a manager if she can't take feedback and use that to improve customer relations. I did not purchase my order and went to the Zaxby's in Powder Springs off Brownsville Road where I was treated respectfully and my order was place without any issues. The staff at the Powder Springs location is always on top of their game and does an awesome job. Austell, you need to go get some training from them and Denise should be fired if she can't handle...
