Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

One word. Nasty. This Zaxby restaurant in Ellenwood, Georgia off Fairview Rd, is a total food nightmare. Typical of none caring, low wage earners. I went here in 2002, and after 15 years of never ever going into this Zaxby again, nothing has changed. The reasons why I stopped going to this Zaxby in the first place still existed in 2022. Rudeness. Nasty floors. Bad employees and horribly prepared food, but this time, the Zalad Person, preparing the Zalads, was sick from a cold or something, and I watched her cough on someone's food container. This server was a black, heavy set female wearing these big false eyelashes, like a stereo typical "Shaquanikqua". They looked horrible in those lashes. Those things stood way out. This person kept watching me with those lashes. I watched the lash lady cough on the food container. Then this same nasty person put the food container with the food in it, in the serving window to go, after coughing on it. Didn't say to anyone to take their place, "im sick", or nothing. Secondly, I had nothing but problems with the Black female workers here, along with 2 rude Black dudes, one dark skinned wearing dreads, and the other, a light skinned dude with an afro in 2022. I should have known right then when I saw hair un-netted, with every employee's hair unnetted, this Zaxby is an unhygienic place to eat at. The employees reminded me of grade school, little kids, bad manners, uneducate behavior, gawking at you, being weird, and getting on as immature adults. It was like a backwood, country Black area in Alabama how these Blacks behaved. A total step back in the wrong era. Customers were hearing me saying more than once to these Zaxby females to "lower your voices. I can not hear the Order Taker, nor can the order taker hear me." The Order Taker was directly in front of me taking my order at the register. This rowdy laughs in loudness went on and on by these employees the whole time I was here. Then a Mgr came to work, walked right past me. I didn't notice him, and i'm guess someone told him what was going on. That same Mgr, that walked past, asked me what happened, I gave him the entire story. Then the apologies came, one after the next. Even asked me to point out the bad employees. I did. Even gave me a free dinner reciept. I threw it in the trash. I will never ever go into this Zaxby again. Damn the free food. I threw my entire...

New manager Krystal is rude and condescending. I requested my food fresh. There is an "ask me" option on the register to let the cook know there is a special request for the order he is about to make. I know this because I worked at this location for many months while Nicole was the GM. It takes 4 1/2 minutes for fresh tenders to be cooked ,my food came out in less than 2 minutes. I promptly told the cashier , I requested this fresh and would not mind waiting the extra time for fresh food that I spend my hard earned money on. The new manager Krystal comes out to the lobby with the food I just declined and tossed it on my table opening all the boxes asking what is the problem, while disassembling the food in front of me. Touching all over it testing its "warmth" . The cheese wasn't even melted so HELLO it's obviously not fresh. I told her I requested it fresh and she said it is fresh. I told her I know it is not fresh and that if she is unable to give me fresh food I will take a refund. She said fine I will do it AGAIN. I said thank you and waited an additional 15 minutes to receive my food with a side of unnecessary attitude. If you do not have customer service WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS AS YOUR CAREER OPTION?!

This is the worst Zaxby’s location ever! The customer is truly terrible! The employees are rude including management! Daniel is the only employee at this location who has great customer service! From start to finish my experience was terrible! The young lady working outside taking orders barely spoke. The wait to get to window was about 5 minutes while waiting I saw the menu because my order was taken before I could see the menu anyways I saw a frozen strawberry lemonade I wanted to try. Well when I got to window a young lady with bright yellow hair and extremely long unkempt acrylic nails note that some were missing was rude told me I could not add on to me order. When I received my drinks the ice had already melted so I asked her for new drinks she took the drinks and told me to pull up. Well I pulled up a young man came to my car with drinks. Instead of making new drinks I was handed back the same watered down drinks from the first time. This is not the first I have received horrible customer service here but I can ensure it will be the last time because I will no longer support this location. Which is truly sad because it is a part of my community. The food sucks the service sucks I hope they his location closes or gets a new staff!! Don’t waste your hard earned money here to be...
