Wow Seafood and Wings Ellenwood — Restaurant in Georgia

The Asian lady at the counter is a cheapskate and has horrible customer service. I spent $70 for our lunch my husband and daughter . My 12 year old got a seafood boil and the lady didn’t want to give her gloves to eat it. She forgot to give my daughter the container of butter and when I asked her for it and some extra salad dressing for my salad she swore she gave it me the butter when she hadn’t and said you only get one dressing per salad. I said I just spent $70 and I can’t get an extra salad dressing? She got the salad dressing and act like she’d given me a second cup of butter when it was only the first one. In reality you haven’t given me anything I just spent $70 lady!!! We weren’t even going to go here and now I wish I hadn’t. All I can say is if you like the food bring your own butter and dressing cause she’s not going to give you but one more!! And no gloves for the crab boil,...

I’ve tried wow seafood twice and each time I was disappointed. They don’t season the fish, but on my first visit I was ask what type of seasoning Cajun or lemon pepper. I think I ask did they just have regular seasoning the young lady stated to me yes! For me to get a plate of the blandest tasting fish every. My second trip was no better order fish, Philly, shrimp and grits, and fried cheesecake bites. This time I asked for Cajun seasoning on my fish, just to get it and it looked as though they seasoned my fish after in came out the fryer. Hush puppies fried to oblivion my bully wouldn’t even eat the fish. The philly, shrimp and grits and cheesecakes bites were all ok. But that wasn’t what I was going for, I was going for the fish being that we don’t have a place around here that serves good fried fish. So this was/is a major letdown. First time trying this place and disappointed with some of the items. The ordered the chicken cupbop based on the description on Uber eats. Let’s say it was underwhelming to say. There’s suppose to be rice, noodles, lettuce, chicken and yum yum sauce. I got a bunch of rice on the bottom, no noddles, a sprinkle of lettuce, some chicken and way too much yum yum sauce. All I can taste is yum yum sauce. I literally dug through this bowl with my spoon to find the noddles and none are in here. I won’t order this item again. The egg rolls reminded me of spring rolls and were ok with the sweet chili sauce. House fried rice was good as well. I wish other sauces were offered beside yum yum sauce because it’s so sweet on food. Also noticed when ordering, you can’t order drinks because it says sold out...
