China One — Restaurant in Georgia

First, I have been a member of this community and a frequent patron of all the local restaurants in the Ellenwood area for a very long time. However, the level of customer service and satisfaction that China One provides is absolutely sub par and unacceptable. The owner of the establishment is beyond RUDE! I have ordered with this restaurant many times over the years and have yet to feel as if my money and business is appreciated.

There have been several times when I simply wanted to purchase pre-packaged/bagged fried wontons from China One, but the owner would simply LIE while having a rude tone and attitude telling me “No, we can’t sell them to you today”. In my opinion, money is money, no matter how large or small the amount. Sometimes I snack on the wontons; so I would go in to the restaurant to buy a few bags - bear in mind that I have ordered plenty of FAMILY SIZED orders in times past…Personally speaking, I do not want any business establishment in my neighborhood that disrespects it’s customer base. I am not the only person that this woman is rude to; I’ve seen her display the same behavior towards other customers, in which they chose to leave and not make a purchase. I don’t blame them one bit. Just know, CHINA ONE has lost a previously loyal customer and stream of purchase revenue from my household. A word to the wise, go to another business that appreciates and values...

I am sad to say I am disappointed with my order from tonight. I was even treating a good friend here to a dish that in the past i found to be really, really good. The Szechuan Scallops. I am almost certain that the last time I ordered this meal, it was not bay scallops ( I thought it was sea scallops). My friend contacted me to let me know that her food was very tasty, BUT the scallops had freezer burns. Mine did TOO. I did not even recognize that that is what I was looking at! Even more disappointing is that she ordered a meal for her husband WITHOUT beef. Initially, the receipt said no snow peas. We told her yes on snow peas, but no beef. Unfortunately, it had beef. Fortunately, my friend could eat the beef herself. The sign inside says there are no exchanges or refunds; all sales are final. So, I did not bother to go back up there. However, I do not think it is proper to sell food (seafood that you pay extra money for) with freezer burn. I guess I will not order this anymore from here. I will just stick with the shrimp. I received terrible service last night! The female behind the counter became extremely aggressive and argumentative because I returned my food. My General Tso was overcooked and heavily breaded so I politely tried to explain that I'd like them to remake the dish. She rolled her eyes, made hissing sounds and proceeded to tell me that in twelve years no one had ever disliked their meal. What does that have to do with me not liking my food? She tried to assault me but her son (I presume he was her son) held her back as she tried to charge at me from behind the counter. She yelled that I have "no money". I was saddened and shocked by my service and I will never patronize this business again. She didn't value me or...
