Me and my family were going to waffle house because we were hungry. I don't think when we have went inside. We were waiting for somebody to come in service at our table for about 30 MINUTES! When they had finally came to Serve us. It took up 20 minutes for them to give us our food. And then when they gave us our food, it was cold and soggy

We asked, could you warm up the food? The lady says that it has been on the Stove for 5 MINUTES! We asked her kindly. What was she doing the other 15 minutes She said that she was on her break.

She took our food and went to rewarma it again.

When she came back, our food was still cold and soggy. My at this point my mom was getting mad. So she was talking to the waiter and asking for the manager.

This is where the drama started. The manager came in to place and they had a full on break out. It was a brawl It wasn't anything to do with hands. It was just talking smack about each other with words.

Hair was being pulled Tears were falling down.

And I was still hungry.

Later on we just went to Dairy Queen.

I went into the waffle house #1832 on Fairview and received horrible customer service. I walked in at 12:11 hoping to grab my daughter a to go meal before she had to report to work at 1:00 pm. I stood underneath the sign that read "place to go orders here" I stood there the entire time that I was there. No one said hello or I'll be with you in a moment or even attempted to make eye contact. I waited 24 minutes! During this wait 3 other patrons came in but, stood by the register they were treated the same way! Finally the lady by the register and I asked is anyone taking to go orders? A very rude employee offered a piss po excuse about a girl got sick and had to leave so they are short handed. She began taking the orders of those patrons who came in after me and I said excuse me but, I was here first but, she continued on with the order. I left at 12:35 and put in a complaint with customer service. I never go to this location because I just prefer a different location but, my daughter works across the street at the Ingles and she wanted breakfast so I decided this would be quicker. After today's experience this will be my FIRST AND LAST time visiting LOCATION #1832 on Fairview in Ellenwood, GA! If there was a way to give 0 stars I would!...

First off, didnt greet me entering the door, while watching me come in, went to bathroom, which was disgusting, said for here, she brought water in go cup with lid on, 4 people waiting on order head of me waited for them to complete theirs like 15 min than group of 4 came in and was geting order made before mine . Siting patiently she kept walking by me not asking if wanted more drink sitting on almost edge of bar. walfal came after 20 min. Waiting , no eggs being made that were post to , I said sasage been siting up there and eggs wasnt being prepared as i watched others that came in 10 min after almost done, she than told the cook to put eggs on for me, Isaid dont bother after 25 min.
