And on this particular day they informed me at the drive-thru that they did not have any hush puppies which is already included in the price for a combo that is around $8. When I acquired about why am I still being charged full price when I'm not receiving a big advertised side or could I get something extra instead I was read back with an attitude. That's fine when I drove up there I asked again if there was something extra in there since I'm paying full price and she told me she did not know so I told them they can keep their order because I refuse to be stolen from me $2 or $1 from every customer that goes to that line from not getting hush puppies all because someone was inadequate to order enough hush puppies or too lazy to cook them. I have not eaten at Long John silver's in over 15 years. My understanding it is a failing franchise and I really see them anymore because the food quality is pretty bad and the customer service is worse. Probably my lifetime I would never eat a Long John silver's because by the time I have a taste for Long John silver's after this experience Long John silver's more likely will be out of business and closed for good. Last week I went for lunch on two different days around noon and the food wasnāt ready they were still preparing for a lunch rush cars wrapped around the corner only to get to the window after being in line for over 15 minutes both days and being told with a very dry attitude by staff that they didnāt have any food ready and that they were still cooking. Now if theyād told me that way back at the order window. Iām sure I couldāve decided if I wanted to be held hostage in the line !! We gotta do better!! Periodt get yāall ish together plz!! My kids were so disappointed because they love Taco Bell but with service this horrible I guess Iāll just be making them at home from now on.

Wow is all that I can say! I truly had lost hope for this place. I decided to give my neighborhood Taco Bell a try again today because honestly who wants to drive 30 minutes just for tacos. I would have took drive past this location just to get to the one I prefer. Well today there definitely was a change in service, quality of the ingredients and cleanliness. Rob helped me and really took his time with my order and Saundra executed it to a tee. I am happy with my experience. I am smiling from ear to ear!! I came at about 9:45 pm. As always the line wrapped from pickup window all the way around to the closed lobby id say 10 cars or so in line. So I wasn't expecting a quick visit. They had a hard time hearing me order but still got my order correct and charged me correctly and gave me my correct order and change at the window. One thing I like here is they dont ask you to pull up after you get to the window. Better management and scheduling key members on weekends would dramatically help. Maybe some sense of urgency training... on a taco its just lettuce meat and cheese I mean it should only take a few seconds to pump one full and wrapped into its wrapper. Overall its no worse than anywhere in the area. But what are we really expecting? Things sure aren't 3:30 second service times anymore.
