You kindly assisted me w my 4 complaints in the absence of the mgr.
Intake DID take our order correctly, Ms. Cassundra. Though the price was wrong- you blamed intake overall.
No pork shows on receipt. NO means no, period. The dough was not cooked well... Needed to bake/brown longer; it was soft at center, flimsy, and limp.
Charged regular price $22/ tax, not the promo of $12 requested?
We were not given a receipt at ttime of purchase & it would have answered a few questions. Saw receipt the following day.
MONDAY- I then patiently drove to the location to finish the discussion w Mgr after being placed on eternal hold. Needed answers to my questions.
Spoke to Ms Stephanie instead who,really put the- theality Customer Service!
You listened without rush, allow an me to share my poor service and product experience with a smile! 😃 Keep up the great people skills: effective listening and consideration with everyone, you will go far!
We can all hear as people,but effective listening skills have to be acquired thru lots of practice....

Ms. Cassundra- thx for your attempt to offer another pizza. It wasn't just about a remake. It was about being heard, accountable,courtesy , and an apology deserved=Principal.
However my advice, you must slow down and really -listen- to understand the problem. You attempted to listen on my second call that started as a debate while talking over me in a noisey background rather than ogoininto a quiet office to really hear. You still took no accountability on behalf of PH...stating over and over-we made it to order. We ddidn'tsay no pepperoni.....we ccan'assume... So we took off the sausage only.

You wanted to be right.... Not true, a person ask for -No Pork -means none- period.. we cabt assume as you kept stating.

Hubby was no longer interested in pizza. He could not even eat the pizza - at all -si- sincl pork was not removed both ,sausage and pepperoni!!
Cassundra It wasn't mwasn'o order. You kept making excuses...to say we didn't sadidn' word pepperoni & sausage and only took off sausage...Insulting. Now it's about principal 101.
Store Mgr Mr Pierce, 5 minutes into our conversation -- I was put on hold so long-- listening to noisy baking pans, oven timers buzzing, you taking orders, greeting people and acknowledging in -store customers- I finally hung up 7 minutes later ...you appeared shory handed and trying to do it all. not good!!! You confirmed my number twice on caller ID - never returned call to resolve.
If u would have pulled the receipt, u could have told me what exactly we were charged for rather than promo price. You simply ignored me and said you can remake the pizza, but give no refunds because u are a franchise.... new to me.
You or Cassundra never apologized for the many mistakes you all made or the inconvenience. No accountabilty on your parts.
You did not treat my call professionally, and your tone of rushiness and many distractions caused you not to listen fully to my situation. Really rude.
As the store Mgr, I expected better service,and it was not appreciated. At the end of the day, no matter your title- you are a person.... Treat people the way you want to be treated when you are a customer. I deserved the same respect I heard while you had me on eternal hold.

Read moreOrdered 1 Stuffed Crust pizza and 1 Supreme pizza. The Stuffed Crust pizza lacks marinara sauce (there’s little to no sauce on the pizza). Both pizzas were cold But most importantly, the stuffed crust pizza tasted awful!! My family members who grabbed a slice complained of the same issue (couldn’t taste any sauce on the stuffed crust). I called the location and spoke to a gentleman to resolve the issue. I was told to bring the pizza back in. I stated I would not bring it back in and offered to take pictures and send via email or phone. The employee told me, “We’re not allowed to give out our personal information.” I proceeded by asking, “So Pizza Hut doesn’t provide or have a company email address for consumers to address issues?” He said no. After that, I explained I would bring it in the following day because we’re hosting NFC championship watch party. The employee says, “I won’t be here tomorrow.” Maybe is me…but he seems to be a little incompetent. If the only resolution is to get inside your vehicle to make a drive, then guess what…I am going to return all food purchased and skip ordering from this location going forward. This is utterly ridiculous the situation couldn’t be remedied any other way! UPDATE: Attempted to return the pizza as advised over the phone, only to get there and speak to the manager, Antonio. Read morePizza Hut on East Atlanta in Ellenwood Georgia I am a repeated customer at Pizza Hut sometime good sometime back well today was a bad one I ordered a pizza about 6 o’clock it is now 8 o’clock the piece that never arrived to my house although I was able to track it but it was not coming to my location it went to someone else’s location so with Manhattan to feed me and my family tonight Pizza Hut has took the money off my debit card and unfortunately I am unable to feed my family because we were depending on Pizza Hut in the last bit of Christmas change that we had left so I am posting a comment I’ll because if you’re looking to get a pizza delivered from Pizza Hut don’t do it the best thing to do is to go in and get your pizza with your own car I was placed on hold for 10 minutes I hung up after 10 minutes of screen shotting then I was on hold again for another additional seven minutes because the driver dropped a piece off at the long wrong location and they needed to mute the phone mount so that I didn’t hear that part of the conversation but they let me listen to the rest of it so I am just saying that I think that this pizza place that they decided to put over here in Ellenwood Georgia needs better training even better general manager training also because this has been an up-and-down pizza place so I would like to thank you so much for allowing me to put my message on their site if you go on Facebook you will see the message on Pizza Hut Facebook check...
