Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

2023-10: I decided to try this location again and went through the drive-thru for lunch on my way out of town. We were able to drive right up to the speaker to order and had our order taken quickly. The employee was very pleasant and our food was ready quickly. As we drove off, I got situated to eat in the passenger seat and the food was hot and fresh, but I was highly disappointed that the 3 Chicken Finger Meal that I ordered had 3 very tiny chicken strips. They were each only about 3 inches long and skinny. I remember when I would order this meal and the chicken strips were huge and robust. The chicken strips I received this time equalled maybe 1.2 of the strips I used to get. Almost $11.00 for that? No thanks.

2020: I was not impressed with this visit to this location a few weeks ago. Granted, I came in as the dinner rush was finishing, but the place was a mess, there was no ice in the machine, and the employees weren't too quick to get the place back into shape (except for one older gentleman who was working non-stop trying to bus/clean tables, change the trash, etc). Disappointing for Zaxby's. Will try again in the future to see if...

There was this very disrespectful arrogant lady at the front, when we walked in we were standing far enough where if someone needed to get in front of us to order they could, we were still thinking of what we wanted to order, the older lady looks sooo pissed that we are talking about what we want to order , so i just figuerd it was her facial expression and didnt make anything of it, but then when my mother went to go order she partially yells out Are you talking to me? So my mom said yes and yhe lady said well you have to come to me bc i cant hear u , witch is okay but she stayed pissed trough the entire order, then when my husband went to order she got the order wrong and instaed of fixing her mistake she shoved it back into my hisbands face and told him shes not changing it so we ate bc my cousins from cali where here and they wanted to eat zackbys so we ate, the place wasnt that bad it was good and all the other employees were friendly not over friendly or anything just like any other fast food restaurant, just that lady makes the whole restaurant somewhere i will never...

So, the best part of my meal today were the fries and........ the egg rolls. Yeah, EggRolls at Zaxby's.

I spent $18 just to still be hungry, large fries aren't large at all but for only $2.79, okay. But the egg rolls were fresh fresh, I had to pull up, 5 minutes-ish. Okay, cool. But! They skimped on all the sauce, yes, ALL! EVEN THE SAUCE ON THE BONELESS WINGS! The BW barely had any sauce on the box either, no Sweet and Sour with the eggrolls and no ranch for the dried up half-arsed Boneless wings.

Even with extra time with my order, they still fudged it up! I am heavily displeased and unsatisfied.

My star rating is only given to praise the eggrolls. If I didnt have those, they'd have 0 or less.

ZAXBY'S DO BETTER, YALL LET ME DOWN.

I could have spent this much at Raising Cane's or Cook Out and been better off.

Not dining back here unless it is to get a coupon or a free...
