I absolutely adore the relaxing ambiance of this place and, more importantly, the exceptional customer service. The manager—who might just be the owner—goes above and beyond, always engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met and that the quality of service remains top-notch. I frequently see her actively and warmly coaching her staff, and it’s clear her heart and soul are invested in this business. She speaks so passionately about the menu, making it nearly impossible to resist trying everything on it!

Service here is consistently excellent, which is why I keep coming back, often with my kids, who absolutely adore this spot. The Bahn Mi is a standout—simply incredible. The pork is perfectly seasoned with just the right spices, unlike other Bahn Mi places where the meat can either lack flavor or be overwhelming. The vegetables are incredibly fresh, and the baguette is always crispy and delightful. My husband has fallen head over heels for the croissant version of the Bahn Mi and now refuses to order it any other way. It pairs perfectly with a refreshing Taro Milk Tea!

My kid is absolutely hooked on the Hot Cheeto Vietnamese Cheese Stick—it’s a flavor explosion, though be warned, it’s massive! Think more along the lines of a giant cheese stick wrapped in a corn dog batter than a regular mozzarella stick. As for the desserts, they’re equally impressive—especially the macaroons and Ube cheesecake....

i can say this is the most impressive, well decorated looking places i've ever seen with a mind boggling menu displaying and especially for vietnamese food. someone put some serious thought and money into this. service was white glove. that said, i got the pho #1 and it was kind of below average and just lacked in broth flavor. the vietnamese coffee had a nice unique nutty flavor but it seemed like maybe it was premade and not like just phin filtered for me right then and a standard condensed milk creamer would have been fine. it's still good, but for nearly 8 bucks i kind of want to expect something life changing. i also wasn't asked to tip explicitly but there was a card surcharge so i guess it evens out. everything just seemed pretty overpriced. chopsticks were actually a little hard to use and i'm a native chopsticks user. i probably won't go back very often as pho viet on washington is just better food across the board, but maybe will try a pastry or...

Been waiting for Paris Banh Mi to open for a while, and pleased to say that the wait was worth it. The interior design was very sleek and clean, and the girl working the counter was attentive and easily answered my questions. I tried the Pate Pork BBQ banh mi Sandwich, and the “Pate Chaud” pastry. The banh mi was on a freshly baked French baguette with barbecue pork, pork pate, and pickled vegetables. The sandwich was very good, with flavorful and tender meat and crispy fresh and tangy pickled vegetables. The “pate chaud” was easily my favorite item. It is a warm flaky and buttery pastry filled to the brim with tender pork “pate”; almost like a softer pork sausage. I will be coming back to try more items, but definitely should’ve gotten way more of the “pate chaud” I could probably eat 4-5 of those, they were that good. Overall well worth the visit, definitely stop by this restaurant if you want delicious Vietnamese sandwiches...

This was our first time visiting this establishment. We weren't sure the young man behind the register understood our questions. The grilled Banh mi was smaller than others in town and lacked flavor. The pork wraps were okay and the accompanying sauce was flavorful. Mom's grilled pork croissant looked good. We ordered French fries which came towards the end of the meal. My wife asked for salt and pepper. She was given a spoon and a salt container. There was no black pepper. After the meal we tried Tiramisu and an egg custard cup. The Tiramisu was some of the best I've had in a long time and the egg custard wasn't bad either. For drinks we ordered tea, Coke and water. The meal alone was $47 not including the desserts we went back to try. In my opinion it was a bit pricey. Still give them a try. There were other delicious menu items I'd like to have in the future.
