It started with our pizza being 10 minutes late. When we brought it inside, it smelled horrible, not like Pizza Hut normally smells. It kinda smelled like farts, if I’m being honest. Then when we opened the boxes, the icing to our cinnamon rolls was missing. All the food was cold. We heated it back up and fixed our plates because we were starving. My thin crust pepperoni was very bland and didn’t taste like it usually does (it’s been my favorite for years so I know how it should taste). My husband’s super supreme was so bad he only took 2 bites. He said it tasted “off”. We’ve gotten food poisoning from this same location several years ago but we decided to give them another chance. We were burned again. The only thing that tasted okay was the breadsticks. We both ended up being sick for 3 days from the couple of bites we ate of the pizza. I called the store as soon as my husband said his pizza was off. The person answering did not give me her name but said she’d send out a replacement order & to give ours back to the driver. I thought that was my only option so I agreed. After getting off the phone, my husband and I decided we didn’t want a replacement because it would probably have the same batch of ingredients. I called right back and told them to cancel it and we just wanted a refund. I told her the delivery driver could still come get the pizza back but we didn’t want a replacement, we just wanted our money back. I was put on hold several times and the girl was very rude about it. She refused to issue the refund over the phone and told us we HAD to bring the pizza back ourselves and that we could only receive our refund in cash (we payed through Apple Pay). I told her I would have to bring it back the next day. She told me to ask for Felicia when I came in. I went back the next day and asked for Felicia but she was not working right then. Instead I spoke to Christopher D. He was very apologetic for our experience. He issued me a refund, and informed me that it was not necessary to have brought my pizza back and that I should have been issued a refund the night before over the phone. I am very pleased with Christopher’s customer service, but the rest of the entire experience was such a nightmare that we will never order Pizza Hut again from...
Read moreJust no! Maybe you will have a better experience than we did. My grandson and I he's 6. He was sick 😪and he wanted pizza. I called around 10. I know they open at 9:45,🤔 but we were having trouble ordering online😔The employee answered and and we said we had a delivery order she kept us on hold for 9 minutes.😱 I called the pizza hut on Washington rd in the Plaza with IHOP while we were on hold.An employee answered, and she was nice emphatic and quickly took our order, and it was delivered in 30 minutes. It came with plates!!!😁😁😁 I know that's nothing to be excited about, but how many of you have received plates with your delivery 🍕 pizza. Also, the pizza boxes were sealed shut. My grandson had gotten the personal pan with fries 🍟. He had ketchup in his box and a fork!!!! 🥺🤩🤩🤩😍 I had my crushed red pepper seasoning and the cheese guess what ? WITH FORKS....LOL😁 plenty of napkins. I will always order from this pizza hut. I know I might not get the same excellent attention to detail, but they have alway on Washington rd provided good service. Okay, sorry, I got carried away. Anyway, and sorry this is so long. My daughter wanted to order from columbia rd because it was close to her home. We were late picking up our order, running errands for everyone. My granddaughter didn't know the phone number the order was in but she gave the name, and they couldn't find it. They were a little busy, so my granddaughter had to come back to the car and then go back in. How about she had to get back in line behind about 7 people. I remember when they would pull you to the side because the people in the restaurant already knew you just needed the number to get your pizza. When she got to the windows again in about 20 minutes at first, the employee could not find 😒 it. Then my granddaughter said it was the first one!!!🙄😱😱😱😱 Needless to say, it was cold, and the crust was chewy. Not ice cold, but the warmer was not the warmest. I myself will not go back, but you can...
Read moreLast night at about 6:20pm my husband and I ordered from this pizza hut! This was the biggest mistake we made! We were told it would be delivered in about 45 minutes! HA! At 7:30 we called back to find out where our pizza was and was told that traffic was bad and it should be there very shortly! LIE!!!!!!! SO at 7:54 we called back! Was told "she is stuck in traffic and it will be there soon! Another bold face lie! I should mention that we live about 5 minutes from the store, and that is only if we get stuck at the light at Columbia Road and Flowing Wells! So finally at 8:17 we called one more time and I am about ready to tell them where to put the pizza! Still not delivered and not an I'm sorry or anything! Finally at just about 8:30PM over 2 hours later the doorbell rings. I go to the door, and trying to keep my cool, I say "About Time!" And the girl has the nerve to say "Girl, you have no idea!" I try to be nice but I am not happy and I just want my pizza. She starts to tell me how it sent her to Grovetown and I really just quit listening! No Compensation, not even a the next ones on us or heck a free drink, NOTHING But AWFUL COLD PIZZA! DO NOT EVER EAT FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!!!!!!!!!! No compassion or customer service not even really I am sorry from the guys that answered the phones when we kept calling!! Just the run around and they really didn't care if we ate or not. WILL NEVER WASTE MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM AGAIN! WOULD GIVE A RATING OF NO STARS IF I COULD!
EDIT: Finally called the store and spoke to a manager that cared! She is refunding our money. Thank you so much and I might give them...
