McDonald's — Restaurant in Germantown

I've been coming to this mcds for years cause I live local. Service is sometimes great on there times you will sit in line for at least 30 min or so... I've went in to order and crew and Management looked right at me and didn't acknowledge me or take my order till I asked. So being a single mom of 3 boys. I'm Looking for extra income so I seen this location is hiring did the proper steps to get an interview. Not once but twice interviews have been scheduled. First one made with the automated system they have online. Showed up and was told my Tina that there was no manager there to interview. Ok?! Understand she took my name and number and no one returned my call so being interested and needing the job I called back and spoke with an Amber on Friday December 29th and was then told she apologized wasn't sure why they didn't conduct the interview and told me to come in on Monday the 1st at 915 so yes I'm there for interview. Restaurants not busy at all. After telling crew I was there for an interview ms Tina wo works front asked me again if she could help me I told her I was there for a 915 interview and spoke with Amber on Friday. She just looked at me with judgement and said I don't know hold on rolling her eyes as walking away and whispering to her other crew members. She walked to the back to relay I was there and not even a min she comes to tell me the same thing as Friday. There was no one there to do interview and has no idea why Amber would set it up she's not a gm.?!! So at this point I'm a little upset, confused as to why she's being so rude and tells me again no one could interview me. I simply asked her as to why this keeps happening when I clearly have messages about the first interview and now this , her answer with a smirk I don't know why but they will call you ??? I've had two interviews set up and both times have been turned away?! I walk to the car wondering why so I went back in to ask for a corporate number or someone I can speak with about the job she said look the number up well all it gives is the store this restaurant is independently owned. Then gave me a cup with a how am I doing number which gets no where.As walking back in Tina was having a conversation loud enough to I could hear and I heard ya there's the reason why just shows she don't need to work here .. because I simply asked as to why this has happened twice and giving me the run around and wasting time if they didn't want to interview. ? I feel the employees at this location need some training in customer service and to know there place as crew not management. I asked for her name just because and she rudly and loudly said well guess it's all my fault now?? What you have been rude many times and talk about future employees and passing judgement cause I'm not the best dressed or the best Looking. Obviously she knew she was in the wrong for her simple reaction and needless to say on both occasions a manager never walked out. But seen in back of restaurant after leaving. There's people like myself that are begging and checking back on applications shows up for an interview not once but twice and still get turned away. Ms Tina and crew at this McDonald's I'm glad your bills are paid and your family is feed, but many families are barely surviving and your comments or how you think of someone needs to be kept to yourself... I went through and ordered two 20 piece nuggets with honey mustard and sweet and sour sauce, two large fries, and two large cokes. One with light ice. What we got was 20 nuggets with hot mustard and honey, one and a half large stale fries (They filled a box halfway up) The fries were old, luke warm, and limp. One of our cokes was fine, the other had no ice at all. We were gonna let the coke go, but we hadn't noticed the mess we received until we got home. Once we noticed, we took it back and I requested that our order be remade because it had now been through two drives and was even more stale than when we received it. The short haired person with glasses at the front counter took our receipt and order to the back and "Remade" it. Upon getting home again, it was obvious they just repacked our stale "three drive" nuggets under the new ones, packed our bag with even more hot mustard and honey, and had given us two large fries which were now raw and uncooked, and had been mashed into the container (I assume to be a slight about our complaint) they were packed so tightly the box was ballooned out and would barely come out of the container. The new coke was great, but that's only because they gave me the empty cup and I made it myself. I won't be going back to this location. Whoever was working between 3-5 on September 1st, 2024 needs fired. I would say retrained but they're clearly not good on the second try. We never got our receipt back or I would have filed a complaint through the website. Oh and our order was 22 dollars, for 10 bucks more I could get real food, which I should have done to begin with. I don't know why I even continue to attempt to go here. I guess it's because it's the closest to my house but after this latest screw up I'll just make the extra drive to the one in Middletown. So I normally don't just leave bad reviews based on one bad experience but this place has messed up my orders so many times it's not even funny. Tonight I went through the drive through and ordered one... double quarter pounder value meal in large. After i paid the made me go park to wait for my obviously huge order of one combo meal. After 10 minutes of waiting for my order they brought it out to me. When I got home to eat I discovered my fries were a medium not a large even though I was charged for a large. And my food was actually cold. I mean cold. It was only a 3 minute drive home so clearly my food had either been sitting for a while or was not at all fresh. So now I'm really curious what it was that they were waiting on that required me to be pulled up for 10 minutes. Then after moving me out of their drive through they couldn't even manage to get me fresh hot food or my order right. Pathetic. But it's my fault because this is the same McDonalds that actually didn't put egg on 5 bacon egg and cheese biscuits once and I still went back expecting...
