Albertsons — Restaurant in Gilbert

Clean store, didn't see any spoiled produce. Lack of Dortitos chips selection, not fully restocked for about a month now. Most of the staffs are friendly, the butchers especially, the front cashiers are cheery in the morning, grumpy in the evening, and oh..ho..ho, the "millenniums", as if they are being forced to be there, if they don't group and chat to others then they are not actively moving, they become part of the store's decor.

Doritos chips selection improved to satisfaction. The shift manager demonstrated professionalism, patience and the willingness to assist customers (kudos to her), where the young checkout clerk told me to let her finish scanning and go to customers service desk for assistance, she refused to rescan some products that were in question, also, she has already unlock her phone and started using it even before I was finished placing my groceries into my cart. The younger store clerks will still need to gain more experience, work on improving their skills set, and realize that they are at work, and that they are not being paid to use their phones. Changing 3 star...

For 2 years now I have avoided this store. Why? Well it is worth the drive to go to Fry's over how poorly this store handles almost everything. It's never busy, and their is a reason for that. The registers are manned by people that almost always ignore you and keep talking to other checkers or bag people. They can't seem to put signage out that actually informs people clearly about any of their sales and MOST of the time they have limits. Not on how many you can buy on sale, but how many you can buy at all. So if you want more than 2 gallons of milk or 8 ears of corn - too bad. I even spoke to the manager and she could care less. Almost all of them handle customers like they could care less. I would pay more and drive farther just to get the much better service at Fry's. They lose $1200 a month from my family. I've already told 2 other neighbors about them and they lost their business to. Trust me, this store won't be here very long with the way they do things. After today, I will never set foot in their again. One time of poor service again, too many. Not even for Redbox - yeah,...

This Albertsons like most are always clean and organized. The staff work hard to keep this place super clean and it shows. The staff are mostly nice.. sometimes the younger crowd can tend to be a little obnoxious but I guess that comes with age, aside from that everyone here is pretty helpful and always willing to help with anything. My brother and uncle are employees for Safeway which is now Albertsons one in the same and so that's really the reason I shop at Albertsons. The deli is meticulously sanitized never anything spoiled when buying options by the pound and such a extended selection of meats and premade options. I tend to be a HUGE fan of the broccoli crunch from the deli ... Absolutely love it could eat it morning noon and night... breakfast lunch and dinner.... It's heaven and a super healthy...
