Due to there being a limited amount of information you can type here., I would just say that the service there was terrible. If I get to be specific this thread this allows me to type but only a certain amount of characters. I will say that they don't or are not very visual as to who enters the facility first and deserves the service first as people are walking in and I was ignored not even asked if I had been helped yet. Instead of my pizza being passed to me once it was cut and put in the box it was placed in the little self-serve holder into which I was struggling and figuring it out after placing my code in that the email they had sent me contained. Once I verify my code to the employee he then continue to place a pizza in the self-serve container of front where you have to put your code in. So after a couple minutes struggling with figuring out this new"hightech" convenient way of serving the public it became a quick headache for me. It's not only is it taking a place of people working it is yet another disgraceful machine that is expected to be known by all the public. Was there a class on this machine given available to the public that I missed? I doubt it this another example of how Corporate America rather use machines and self-checkout methods instead of actually hiring real people. Anything to save a buck and put it in...
Read moreBoth times I've come here they've gotten my order wrong. I think it's a scam. I order a pepperoni pizza and they give me extra most bestest and charge me the extra $1. Now, I know it's only $1, but it's the principle. They don't tell me they are giving me something else, and when I mention that I didn't get what I ordered, the girl at the register rudely says "the other's weren't ready. I didn't want you to wait." (I know, the words sound good but it comes off as an accusation.) "Do you want to wait for 15 minutes?" So, I wouldn't have had a problem paying the extra $1 if I'd been given the choice when I ordered, and the cashier was SO defensive, and I've had the exact same conversation both times I've come, I think this is a scam they do to everyone. I feel manipulated. I think it's dishonest. It gives me a bad feeling for the whole place, what else might they be trying to get away with? I know it's $1! It just makes me feel like this Little Caesar's is shifty. I would not be writing this if they let had me make the decision before changing my order. I won't be going back here. It...
Read moreManagement must have changed at this location in the last couple of years. I used to come here all the time when I was younger and never waited more than 5 minutes for my order. The last couple of times, however, I’ve waited over 20 minutes with at least 3-4 other people in the store also waiting. Employees do not appear to be in any way motivated to get pizzas out faster, which is shocking given the number of orders I see printed on the lineup behind the register. Several cooked pizzas were sitting on the counter for a long time before anyone cut them up and boxed them. Just to even place an order I watched the employee look at me several times before coming to take the order and did not even greet me. I awkwardly started talking. I get that places get busy and I don’t mind waiting but the service here has just gone down the drain… I feel for the employees as well as it seems like it isn’t as staffed as it should be either. Might just have to drive further to a different location moving forward. A shame because of the convenient location of this store. No such thing as...
