Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Gilbert

Where are the strawberries?? SNOWMONSTER CONCRETE: Vanilla, frozen custard BLENDED with delicious strawberries and melted chocolate chip.

My order was not fully blended and two, maybe three, chopped strawberries pushed in at top. First few bites are great then no more fruit to be found! The middle had a few chocolate chips, and of course, the chocolate they put on the side of the cup, and then the last quarter of it was just vanilla yogurt. Dessert not fully blended, and I am not fully satisfied.This is a joke, and at $8.00 it’s a sham to the consumer!. Less product with higher prices does not sit well, and I really don’t see the greed changing. DQ’s Blizzards were a great idea as every bite was the same at the bottom as it was at the top. Sadly, Andy’s is far from this level. Next time, I will just go to the grocery store. Definitely better taste from top to bottom, and more bang for the buck! And I will not respond to a generic message that I’ve seen others receive who have left a one or two...

Update: Ordered a cherry bash concrete and didn’t want almonds, so I subbed something else instead. The cashier said it would be cheaper if she individually rang up the ingredients that make up a cherry bash rather than just subbing it on the order. This has happened to me before at a different location and it actually came out to be 9-10$. I wish I was kidding because I didn’t catch it till later. So again, it was rung up as a $9 small. Seems like a slimy way to get some extra bucks from customers. Don’t really want to keep coming back.

Had the absolute worst experience at Andy’s (Gilbert,AZ). We have frequented Andy’s for over 3 years and our visit to this location was terrible! We ordered about 6 items during this visit. 5 out of the 6 items had to be returned back because they were all made incorrectly. The gentleman who took our order looked at us as if we should’ve just “dealt” with it. Another female came up to the window and looked at us as if we gave them wrong instructions for the order instead of looking at the receipt and comparing it to what they made. Will not be back to that...
