while at bahama bucks my friend was ordering a princess half pickle juice but. They decided to just give him a full pickle juice cup he tried it and dreaded it so he decided to to dump it like a fine gentleman would. In the trash can he cought something in the corner of his eyes it was the "Glass Cleaner" so he started to clean it off and get some work done in bahama bucks, his dream job. While working and catching the eyes of many customers every one loved him he was a crowd pleaser of course cleaned tables cleaned windows and many more but all of the sudden the window cleaner was at its last drop he dreaded the moment this would happen. He sat there for a couple minutes thinking of what he could do next an then he had an idea since he had been working there for 4 minutes he would go and ask one of his favorite co workers and ask for more because he was new there and she looked him dead in the eyes and stood there for awhile and then she said and I quote " I have the lid" he started to run and she and the other workers chased and tackled him down fighting for the glass cleaner my friend was crying of fear for his new best clean... wait his best friend the lady suddenly grabbed the cleaner and that gave the workers enough time to grab my friend and pull him away from his best friend the lady then looked my friend in the eyes and threw his friend away. That was the last time he saw his...

I wish you could give NO STARS..the people who work here are so disrespectful. I was in line ordering & dropped my daughters off to go inside because God forbid they get a big order right! The guy tells me we don't hv chocolate whip they ran out in the mean time they discover it & at window he asks me do I want it & the girl worker pulls him away he says Oh nevermind but my daughters are inside hearing the whole conversation that the female worker is complaining she doesn't want to remake snow & just tell me they didn't have it & laughs & says Oh well she'll never know & my daughters ordered it as well inside & she goes you didn't hear that & I won't charge you for yours & my oldest daughter whose 24 says that might work if the woman at the window wasn't my mom who really likes the chocolate whip & had you guys not been goofing off & take your job serious you would care about pleasing customers after all that's how you get paid. This is 2nd incident where the workers have been goofing off, standing around not caring about orders & so when we go as a family of 6 we split up because they get attitudes or exasperated over orders that are not complicated. I shouldn't have to drive to power & baseline or higley & Southern to avoid immature, inconsistent lying workers! Something needs...

I wish I could give 0 stars. My girlfriend and I have been coming here periodically for a while and always enjoyed the sno cones. We thought what a wonderful idea to do for my daughter's 1st birthday so we ordered (days ahead of time) 2 party packs. I drove 45 minutes to pick them up at the designated time just to be told they didn't have the supplies to make them. They didn't call, text, or email me to let me know this ahead of time. I found out when I was supposed to pick them up an hour before my daughter's party. When I asked what they were going to do, the kid at the counter just responded "I don't know what to do." He finally called another store and told me they could make it in 4 hours. This is of course unacceptable and some of the worst customer service I have ever had. There wasn't even an attempt to make it right. I finally had to contact the store on Arizona Ave myself where they were able to make my order by the time I got there. I had to demand to be refunded because the kid at the counter had no idea what to do and apparently the order couldn't be transferred to the other store. I still have yet to see the $140 refunded to my account. This experience...
