Update to my update:
Dear manager, Just got back from this location and bought two huge avalanche snowcones. Again asked for extra syrup because Iām often disappointed when I get home and half way down itās missing syrup in the middle. Tonight at 7:45 pm I went and came home to divide it up among hungry happy kids and lo and behold itās the worst snow cone to date. Half way down not only was the middle missing syrup but the entire bottom half had zero syrup. ZERO!! And who wants to trudge back to have them add more. Pure snow. So frustrating and disappointing. Please for the love of treats train your staff on how to put syrup in the larger snowcones. Or fill up half way and do syrup and then fill up the rest of the way. There has to be a good system so I can get an actual snow-cone with syrup. Iām mad that I have to find another cold treat because I canāt keep coming back and having poor service and poor product
Sincerely someone who wants to keep coming but is slowly losing their want to come because there is no flavor to eat.
Second update: just got home again and half way down no syrup. GET IT RIGHT! Figure out measurements and use the same ones every time. You literally have one job and itās not hard

I went through the drive-thru and purchased two bottles of syrup. When I got to the window, they almost charged me for the wrong order. Not a huge deal, mistakes happen.
A different employee came out and handed me the two bottles of syrup and nearly let me drive off without paying. After clarifying and completing the transaction, I drove awayāonly to notice one of the bottles was spilled everywhere.
I pulled over and discovered the cap hadnāt been screwed on at all. The cap was completely off and at the bottom of the bag. The syrup had completely soaked into my car seat cushions, staining them blue. Not only is my car now a sticky mess, but Iāve lost half of what I paid for.
I understand the service industry can be hectic, but this visit felt rushed and careless: I was nearly charged for the wrong order They almost forgot to have me pay One of the syrup bottles wasnāt sealed properly, resulting in a mess and lost product

Called and they offered to give us 3 new ones the next night. Great! Night 2 they were awesome because we went in the store and asked for extra syrup. The picture is from night 3. 20+ minutes in the drive thru with just one car ahead of us. My husband ordered blue raspberry and tutti fruity. He had never had tutti fruity before so we thought maybe it was white. We asked for extra syrup again. Got home and started eating them and realized they forgot tutti fruity entirely on half of the one pictured and the other one we ordered was again white ice half way down. The kids in there need supervision and work rules. They are sooooo slow and, while they are nice, they need direction. I called again. While I appreciate the offer to make them again for us, I just want to pay for it to be made right the first time.
