Terrible, be very careful if you go there because if they make your drink wrong, they will not admit it and they will not compensate you for anything. I donāt like the brand of almond milk and coconut milk that they use and I canāt have dairy. No other coffee places uses the brand they use and it taste like goats milk but I love Black Rock coffee so I take my own almond milk in a mason jar and I buy The two shots that come in a small iced latte and flavoring. The guy who made my drink forgot to put the flavoring in, so I went back to the drive-through window and kindly told him, he didnāt admit that he forgot to put the flavoring and he tried to say that I probably just donāt taste it because they only put one shot of The flavoring that comes in a sauce, but I know better because Iāve got the flavoring that comes in a sauce before and I tasted it just fine, so I asked him to just put the hazelnut flavoring in it that comes in a syrup and they know Iām using my own milk so what does he do? He takes my drink and pours the whole drink out in the sink and I said no sir, I didnāt want you to do that because my own milk is in that drink and now I have to go all the way back home to get more of my own milk to complete the drink and he didnāt offer to compensate me in any way, he was OK with the fact that he poured my own milk out. Almond milk is not cheap either so not only do they make your drink wrong but they also take from you and donāt compensate and donāt admit when they do something wrong or make a mistake. Unfortunately, I love Black rock coffee, so I guess I have to try to find a different location and drive way out of the way since this one is very close to where I live. Itās too bad that people have to run their businesses a certain way and you canāt talk to anybody at corporate and let them know that the milk theyāre using taste like goats milk. obviously they donāt care and they donāt care how they run their business because they donāt provide a customer service line where you can actually talk to a person and all other coffee places do. Now I understand why no matter what time of the day or night I go there thereās never a long line and itās never as crowded as other coffee places are. They aren't friendly, and just seem to be there for a quick buck.. Also, opening another location, when there is already a local coffee shop, less than 100 yards away, isn't very cool. Your new location, being built on Riggs just East of Val Vista, is most likely going to force a small business to close, because of corporate greed. Which in my opinion should never happen. But most corporations don't care about others, just how much they can take from others.. I doubt I'll continue to frequent any BR coffee shops. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have visited this location more times than I could count over the last 3 years. I think it is a great 4/5 in almost every way. While the coffee is significantly better than Starbucks and most of its direct competitors, it is still fast food coffee and not great. For fast food coffee, it is as good as it gets! The customer service is 3.5-4 stars. They are normally very good! However, there are too many people with bad attitudes working here, so there is a decent chance you get one of them. The atmosphere is pretty good! Occasionally, music is too loud and little things like that. But overall, good atmosphere. This is where the 4/5 comes in. They should work on their customer service with those few bad apples. Other than that, I think they would be a 5 start fast...
