Update. Went back with a girlfriend for a wine tasting on 10/22. Our bartender was super helpful and efficient. Waited an hour on a Wednesday evening past 7pm. We waited at least 10minutes to be greeted by our server. We ordered and instructed her to bring the food out as ready, not to wait. Well 1 thing I ordered was calamari. She came back about 15-20 minutes later and told me they are out. I ordered something different. Another 20minutes later (40 total since first ordering) I mention it’s been that long. She then told me she didn’t put the other half of our first order in, that she waited to put it in when I picked my back up order, even though we told her we are sharing both and wanted them out asap as ready. I was literally 2minutes from walking out. Will not be returning for food service My family and I went to brunch on Sunday at 10am when they first opened, no reservation. There were 2 couples and 1 party of 11 seated in the entitled restaurant and we still had to wait 15minutes to be seated. Not sure why because our server would have been less stressed getting us started when we got there versus when they did because then the place started filling up. A bunch of girls were just hanging out up front by the desk. Our server was great and prompt BUT the food took literally an hour to get. I had been here once before when they first opened and the same slow food service happened. I thought it was just a fluke from them still figuring things out or being in a larger party, but maybe it’s their normal. I heard the table behind me also commenting on how long it was taking. Seemed like kitchen staff came out to serve our plates, they didn’t seem too happy to do so either. Short staffed I assume. My avacado toast was very yummy, well balanced flavors. The brisket hash was also flavorful but not as pleasing to the eye. I might go back upon someone’s specific request, without kids, and without a time constraint. Kind of a shame because we know this restaurant from Chicagoland and they were always great. Super prompt even when packed full. I don’t recommend coming here if you expect normal wait times.

Our party couldn't say enough incredible things about our recent visit here to cap an evening of celebration; I was a first timer at this location (Gilbert), having not had a great experience at the Scottsdale location earlier this year (but boy did this trip prove different!). We had the pleasure of being served by Michael- he recommended us on a few starters which we couldn't get enough of: drunken shrimp, sweet chili calamari, and candied bacon + cheese plate holy crap I could've eaten that all night as my entree. As we were waiting for more of our party to arrive I couldn't decide on libations. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable about all drinks + wine pairings, but ended up on the famous Camille red wine at his recommendation- WOW I'll absolutely be getting a case (or two!) before the holidays to alleviate the nagging of the in-laws. Anyway after getting to know Camille a bit longer we dove into the main event- my partner and I split three dishes: shrimp + scallop risotto, gnocchi carbonara, and the decadent melt-in-your-mouth 8oz filet mignon. Now I don't typically order this cut as I'm more of a NY strip or ribeye guy, but Michael came in clutch as it paired perfect with Camille. The risotto was impeccable as well, and gnocchi was on point with the heavy but not too heavy cream and pancetta. I think we'd consumed too much cheese and wine early in the game so my partner and I didn't order dessert - but our server honestly made us drool at the sound of the creme brûlée and smores thing. We will absolutely be trying those next visit if the appetizers don't get us first! All in all highly recommend 10/10, Mike was great. We even chatted sports in-between dishes (hope your Steelers don't make it to the playoffs lol!). Anyway I hope he gets recognition for this visit; he gave our party a ton of laughs, knowledge of wine, and more. He just has that aura about him, very people-oriented and knows how to start a conversation. Looking forward to our next visit!

Where to start with this review... Entering you walk into their tasting room. Can't get a normal drink and everyone is confused. The host staff is all over the place, one almost ran over my disabled mother-in-law in her confusing state. Once we got sat we got waters right away then took about 15 minutes to get food ordered. Bread came about 10 minutes after that... which was very good. Finally ordered food... don't be fooled, the side salad they offer you is $9.99. Large salad, but pretty basic. Runner placed it on our table and dumped out a portion of my wife's on the table. The wine is very good. I really enjoyed the Cab. A bit more chilled than I prefer for a Cab, but very tasty. I do recommend the Luxe. Our dirty app and bread plate sat on table for over 30 minutes. Food took about 45 minutes to arrive. My wife was give the wrong dish than she ordered. We mentioned it and was given a comped drink... not meal. But we waited so long, she wasn't not gonna eat it. The Drunken Shrimp app was good, but the guacamole under one shrimp was in a ball and was ice cold... basically a ball of iced guac. The waitress was very friendly and did her best but the place just doesn't run smoothly. They want to act like a high end place and charge for it, but trust me, they are not at all. Really wanted to like this place. But it was bad. Everything about it is bad. The bartender in back bar was the shining light of the place... super funny and good. Came for Mother's Day... was very disappointed. Not coming back and wouldn't recommend it. Bummer.

After visiting the restaurant, a month ago, we were very excited about this location. Our server Deborah was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and the wine club requirements. We were so impressed that we joined instantly. We went again 2 weeks later and ordered the shrimp appetizer. It was cold and raw, and we had to send it back. I ordered the Hamburger medium rare, and it was medium plus at best. At this point I was frustrated and ate it but attributed to the busy kitchen. The manager came over and was very apologetic and adjusted the shrimp appetizer. We went again last week and were seated with our favorite server Jake. He’s so amazing. Again, another disappointment. I ordered the Prime Churrasco Grilled Steak medium rare. It was served well done and not edible. I had to send it back. You would think a re-fire would be a top priority. I told my husband to just eat, and that I was sure my dinner would be out shortly. 30 Minutes later I was served the same shoe leather steak. Sent it back a 2nd time and waited another 30 minutes. I thought 3 times a charm…. WRONG! Served again the same way. Finally, I was over this mess. Honestly, we’re struggling with whether we should go back. We were seated in the bar area so we could see the lobby. It was packed with people complaining about their reservations despite having one. It was mass chaos. I will say that Jake was more than sorry. He was just embarrassed. It’s not the service that’s the problem, it’s the kitchen. We were told the kitchen was overwhelmed and they had new staff. The assistant GM Kayla was just as upset given that this was our third time here and every time there were issues. I do applaud Kayla and Jake as they are well versed in handling difficult situations, as there were many that night. My husband and I love the restaurant’s ambiance, service, and clever wine club. We’d like to visit every couple of weeks, but they really must straighten out the kitchen or they’re going to lose all their customers – especially the wine...
