Unfortunately that’s the problem with today’s workforce, they just can’t be bothered. We placed an order for two gluten-free, because of an allergy, and one regular bread. She rolled her eyes to let us know what a bother we are and continue to totally screw up the order. I’m not sure why she wrote it down. What we got wasn’t anywhere close to what we ordered. She could’ve repeated the order before she started but it was just too much of a bother to do the extra steps for the gluten-free for her to take the time to do her job properly. Just awful. They were so so busy with in person and online orders due to the restaurants feed America promo, but no one was panicking. They kept it together, professional and even checked on each other to make sure each coworker was good. I don't see this very often especially with such great and accommodating attitudes. What a nice experience to have in the midst of a lot of unkindness in the world. They made my day!! And to top it off the sandwiches were made with the same care they had for the customer experience, they weren't rushing through it but rather letting each customer know they'd be with us shortly. Read moreI am always impressed with this store; the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and quality of food, but today outdid every other visit. When I arrived there were 7 people ahead of me and only 2 people working.I thought about coming back but stayed and was blown away by the obvious leader, a young lady named Tristyn, who absolutely crushed the line! She came out and took 4 orders at a time and put the sandwiches together herself while she instructed the other team member to prep what was low. She smiled and was courteous the entire time when she had every right not to a couple of times.
