Thai Chili 2go — Restaurant in Gilbert

The food is typically good but they have gotten my order wrong way too many times. The last three times I ordered this past week, all three orders were wrong! I order same thing usually each time, always ask for no carrots, which they have forgotten more than once to remove. Ordered yesterday asked for noodles inside my soup, got it on the side, not to mention there was only three small pieces of chicken inside. And today same order, asked for noodles inside as well as extra chicken since there was only three tiny pieces yesterday. Went home with the order and surprise surprise no noodles inside or on the side at all, just some broth and chicken with peppers. My boyfriend even has shown them my text message of what I wanted before specifically, everything stating clearly of what to order... they can’t read just as they can’t follow basic instructions to get an order right. Really disappointed with their service, won’t be recommending them...

Unfortunately there was a total failure of customer service the day we tried this restaurant. Came in around three o'clock, so it was quiet except for a few to go orders. Placed our order at the counter, and my husband (in a wheelchair) and I took a seat to wait. And wait. And wait. People came and went. Orders went out the door. Still we waited. The girl at the counter kept her back to us, watching the cook do his job. Finally after 35 minutes, I went to the counter to ask how much longer it would be. I was getting hangry. She said, " oh whoops, there was a mix-up with the kitchen". Five minutes later, she called out, "here's your order". I know mistakes happen. I get that. But an apology would have gone a long way. Maybe bring out an appetizer with a heartfelt "we screwed up". But we were just dismissed as a mix-up. What did she think we were doing?! Just loitering in the dining room?. The food is usually decent, sometimes even good when you actually get home and they gave you the correct order. Today I order drunken noodles with extra chicken, but got home with chow mein noodles with barely any chicken. I have a sensitivity to eggs, and chow mein noodles are egg so I can't even eat the noodles. Total fail. But, my previous hangup is usually the time they tell you your pickup order will be ready vs when it's actually ready - is often way off. They tell me 15 min, I arrive in 20 min, and wait 10-15 more minutes. That's not an exaggeration! This wasn't always the case. But, the last 3 times it's exactly how it's gone. The clerk guy is nice, and thanked me for waiting . The food (when correct) is pretty good, and I originally started coming here for that and the predictable and efficient pickup situation. Also, the prices have gone way up also. I'm done !...
