I had the worst experience at this place tonight thanks to the guy with glasses at the front register. He was extremely rude when I ordered my food. I bought 2 carne asada French fries and one carne asada burrito. The only thing I she asked him to change was to leave off the sour cream. He rolled his eyes and made incoherent noises as if I was asking for something outrageous . He asked if I wanted hot sauce, which I told him yes please and asked for 6 red and 3 green ( my kids and I know what we like) . He then gave me three of the tiny hot sauce containers??? What one for each large meal? I asked him to please give me four more . He stared at me without blinking and threw just one into my bag. Still not blinking he just stood there not taking his eyes off me. I hoped he would get me those left few I requested but instead it was like we were having a standoff over hot sauces. So, I said all right, I guess that’s all I get… one sauce instead of four like I asked for, and he kept staring at me so I took my food and left. After all that the food was not very good. Don’t waste your time trying to eat their unless you only want one baby hot sauce. I mean for how much money we spend can’t they give us hot sauce lovers enough to be able...
Read moreSad customer… I love their food but the past few times I’ve had bad experience. Today I ordered my favorite Chili Relleno “al Carte, not a burrito” and hard shell Taco, is what I specifically ordered. The girl had to even correct on her register from burrito to al carte chili relleno. Waited 25 minutes for my food. Others were called before me. Los Fave’s cooking team seemed very unorganized. When they called my number, they gave me a burrito instead of the al carte, they fixed it but seems irritated, and no apology When she handed me my food, she gave it to me in a tiny bag that did not fit my 2 items and salsas, it was hard to handle, she turned it upside, “causing the chili relleno sauce to leak all over the bag”. No apology or recognition of the poor service was ever given. When I got to my office, one of the salsa fell and splattered all over my carpet and shoe; Had she give me a bigger bag this would not happen. My taco was soggy, cold and fell apart, since it was waiting for my correct order of chili relleno. I probably won’t return for a while. I want the owner back in the location, much more...
Read moreI have been going to this los Faves for multiple years. I've had a little bit of rudeness, but overall decent experiences. This morning from start to finish was a disaster. The cashier used the same gloves that he was cooking with to touch everything in the kitchen, including my credit card, and cash and the buttons on the register without ever changing gloves. Which is a clear health code violation. Also, I asked to split the check because it's for me and my coworker, apparently that's not OK either because we got attitude from then on. Also out of all of the locations that we've been to in Arizona no one has ever charged us for a few extra sauces. This individual(short hispanic guy, short hair with a stubbly mustache and beard) chose to charge us $.25 per salsa. So if you care about cleanliness, and if you care about just an overall good experience at a restaurant, I don't recommend this place any longer. The owners should reconsider having these individuals at the register and interacting customers. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever and that's a majority of my job whether I'm angry...
