Updating my review as I have now been COMPLETELY BANNED from this McDonald's! Thursday afternoon I spoke to the afternoon shift manager as that is who I was told could help rectify all of this mess. He was so nice and listened to me and said everything was a misunderstanding and not to worry about it anymore. I said thank you so much, I had an errand and was planning on coming back to eat. I returned later, sometime after 5:30pm and bought nuggets and a drink. I sat quietly, watched the news and used the internet on my phone, not McDonald's internet. I sat there longer than I wanted to so my husband could have a quiet home. At 8:18 I was getting hungry, got out my gift card to go get either a cone or frys when the manager comes up and says, "are you finshed with your tray?" I said, "yes, but not my drink, I'm getting something else." She says, "no you're not, you have to leave now." WHAT? I had my gift card in my hand and showed her I was headed up to make another purchase but she refused saying I had to leave. When I questioned why, she says, "you've been here since 5 o'clock and that's too long, you have to go now!" First off, I wasn't there at 5 pm, second, they are turning away business? Next thing I know they are handing me the phone of the manager above the shift manager who I spoke to earlier. This woman just kept yelling at me through the phone to "get out of her restaurant because she doesn't need my $1 drinks. She also says I was there at 5 because she was there." I can certainly see now where the bad attitudes come from, this screaming lady who wouldn't let me say anything. I tried and she said she didn't want to hear from me, didn't care what I had to say and wouldn't listen. We have now been asked to LEAVE this location twice, both on a Friday night when the same particular woman manager is working. She claims buying a coffee is NOT enough to allow one to sit in her McDonald's and suck up free WiFi. The restaurant is totally empty of any other customers and now we know Why! Last night, we again were asked to LEAVE less than 20 minutes after arriving, the young man saying we hadn't bought anything. Again, we were the only people in the restaurant at the time. We like to sit down, look at the app and order when we are ready, not when we first walk in. My husband went in the men's room and someone had peed all at the base of the toilet so had he used the only toilet, his slacks would have soaked up all the pee on the floor. The toilet was uflushed as usual. We believe we are thrown out over her getting in trouble over us bringing up the bathroom issues. Iinquired where her male employees were going and basically she didn't know and didn't care. They are so busy watching us to ask us to leave, they aren't taking care of the necessities. I have to say I felt terrible for the young man in the middle sent to ask us to leave. He's a very nice guy and put in a terrible spot. We are told everything is the owner, Ernie's doings. Ernie owns about 8 local McDonald's and if I could talk to Ernie I would tell him he is alienating his best customers! We frequent McDonald's about 4-5X a week as good paying customers and then we are asked to leave the one or two times we stop for coffee? Your policy that coffee doesn't justify a seat in your restaurant doesn't fly! THROWING out regular customers and yes, the gentleman acknowledged we are regulars, for just stopping in for some internet is insanity. Do you really think that makes us want to come back to ANY of the McDonald's that you own Mr. Ernie? We would rather drive farther and give our money to a McDonald's you do NoT own if this IS your policy. THE other McDonald's laugh at you and think your policy is a real joke. No wonder there are no customers inside. The last three visits in the evening, neither woman's restroom has had any toilet paper. The last visit, the men's room didn't either and my husband had to wait about 7 minutes for them to get some! The bathrooms need attention. There aren't any customers and the bathrooms aren't clean or have...
Read moreI have NEVER been treated as poorly as a customer as I was yesterday by the Manager of this location. My and my husband frequently visit this location as its less than a mile from our house. They have consistently gotten our order wrong to the point where it's nearly every time we go there. I all together stopped ordering burgers there because they always made it wrong, and on multiple occasions they have given us unsweetened tea when we ordered sweet because they were out of sweet tea. That is utterly unacceptable customer service. Every time they mess something up they try to tell us it was our fault, which is something you just don't do if you work with customers, not to mention it was completely and utterly false. However we continued to go to this location because there just isn't another convenient location near us. However after yesterday I strongly urge people to never go to this location. We went through the drive through to get teas like we frequently do, after receiving them they tasted off like they were made with artificial sweetner instead of sugar, which I can't drink because it makes me sick. We very politely asked if we could get new ones and were told no problem. We pulled forward to the waiting area and waited for 15 min for new teas, when we got them they were unsweetened. We went back through the drive through and explain the problem, the manager took the unsweetened tea and poured a bunch of sugar into the cups and tried to give them back. The sugar was just sitting undissolved at the bottom of the cups, which is not what we ordered or even close to being acceptable. At this point we had been there for over 20 min for 2 drinks and still didn't have what we ordered, so we asked for our money back. It was at this point that the manager told us never to come back because we complain to much and that if we ever tried to return he would call the police! That is absolutely and completely unacceptable! I expect to receive what I ordered and what I paid for, and it is completely within my rights as a customer to ask that my order be fixed if a mistake is made. To be told by a MANAGER not to come back because I ask them to fix a mistake that THEY MADE its outright offensive! I will absolutely be calling the corporate number tomorrow and reporting this outrageous mistreatment of what was as...

Okay, now that all the positives are out of the way, let’s talk. I just waited over 30 minutes for chicken nuggets. After 15 minutes, they said they were out and had me reorder. But they processed the refund in cash when I paid with a credit card, and they calculated the amount on the manager’s cell phone calculator (incorrectly).
McDonald’s is a multi-BILLION dollar company. And they don’t have the capability to process a refund on their registers? Really?!?
They never gave me my Sweet Tea, which I can’t prepare myself like their other sodas. I asked several times.
Another 15 minutes later, they delivered my chicken nuggets. I guess they found some after all? Along with cold fries.
I asked for my sweet tea 2 more times and finally got it. But it was unsweetened tea. I told them and asked for sweet tea instead; they offered me a pack of sugar to make it “more sweet” after insisting it was, indeed, sweet tea. I took a sip in front of them (just in case I was being crazy) - yup, definitely unsweetened. They just stared at me blankly.
I dumped it & poured myself a Coke instead.
Oh - I forgot to mention! I had to order on one of their terrible free-standing kiosks. They automatically applied a “deal” where the only option was to accept it start my order completely over - 4 drinks at $1.29!
There are several problems here. First, drinks are ALWAYS $1.29. This wasn’t a deal. Second, McDonald’s only allows you to use 1 “deal” every 15 minutes. So the only way for me to avoid it was to start my entire order completely over. Third, I changed my mind on a drink and needed to delete one. But thanks to the “deal”, every single drink was listed as “Deal: $1.29 soft drink/any” instead of Coke, Dr. Pepper, etc. So now I don’t really note which one I want to remove.
Literally every single part of this visit was beyond terrible. Half of the nuggets ended up being either burned or bad - I’m not sure which. And with the cold fries, we’re throwing more than half of our food directly in the...
