My son went in with his friend to get dinner and ordered @1601 pm (he called me at that time and told me his total. A TO GO ORDER. At 1441 he arrived back home with his food and had been rudely taken care of. The boys had accidentally put trash in a hole that was not meant for trash and had spilt soda on the floor because a hole that was punched in a cup by their straw. All of this told to me. They were also asked by the employees if they were 3rd graders and rudely spoken about to another guest. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager and got a young lady who wanted to know what it was regarding and started to explain. She chose to speak over me with her version not letting me finish and telling me that they did say "what grade are you in? 3rd grade? Told me "I let my child come into an establishment unaccompanied by an adult and act out". My son goes to Fry's, Safeway, Boba Cucue, Wendy's, McDonald's and other establishment and has always received praise from staff for being respectful and courteous and who are you miss to tell me where my son can and cannot go! I would think that you might worry about your time on getting orders out and your people skills. I was hung up on and then no one would answer the phone for me to get corporates phone #. I called the store & the "manager" was INCREDIBLY rude. Told me it wasnt possible for the chicken to be like that. I told her it was as if the chkn was frozen, cooked too fast & not cooked all the way thru. Her attitude was nasty & defensive & didnt believe me & wouldnt consider refund unless I brought them in for her to see & then she hung up on me. Luckily I got the ok from my boss to leave so I drove there. When I got there she was surprised. She grabbed gloves & ran her fingers through the chewed up pieces for 2 seconds & then threw them away. She did not fully look at them at all. said with attitude: "Theyre cooked to standards, I'm sorry they werent cooked to your standards" thats when I got heated. She wouldnt give me her name, I asked if she could take them back out of the trash so I could show her and she wouldnt. On my life, they were not cooked right. My Son & a few friends decided to dine-in at Warner & Cooper road this evening. We normally frequent this location often. It took 30 minutes for the order to be incorrect. But it was insinuted that they were not being truthful, but thankfully they had the receipt So the young lady allowed them to keep the fries only & the order was remade. A Caucasian male walked in shortly after for a to go & the order was also incorrect, but the same young lady allowed him to keep his entire incorrect order. So what exactly were they going to do with the wings that my son & friends had already touched? Then they place a to go order that took another 30 mins for 5 wings & it was missing the ranch!!
