This business has potential and I enjoy the froyo as I live right around the corner. However, there are a few BIG changes IMO that need to be made. I notice youâve been closing early, probably due to staffing or just not enough people coming by as itâs empty every time Iâve shown up.
If youâre going to close early, you should add it on Google if possible so people donât waste their time. I stopped coming because the last 3 times i came by you were closed and I donât want to waste my time when there are other businesses I can go for a treat that are reliable in terms of open hours. And if you canât pay someone to work right now, have the owner come in if possible, at least so you donât lose the small amount of loyal customers you have.
The smoothie bowls can be a bit too icy in texture and should be more smooth IMO. Theyâre more snow cone like than a âsmoothieâ but still taste alright.
Youâre called âFroyoholicâ but have 3 options for froyo flavors and way more options for the smoothies. I imagine it would be more lucrative and customers would enjoy you more if you threw out the smoothie options and put effort into getting another froyo machine or 2. With your name, theyâre coming for froyo, not smoothies, and 3 options is not enough to compete with any other froyo businesses.
Customer service could be improved, especially because itâs mostly empty when Iâm in there. Thereâs so much room for connection with the people who come in and connection is what makes people come back, not just froyo. The CS is awkward at best.

What made tonight the worst was that I called to confirm their hours because of my experience having showed up last night only for them to be closed and they told me over the phone that they were closing at 8:30. So I showed up at 8:20 to find the lights off in the store completely closed. I have been a very loyal customer to this place and have been a steady customer since I discovered it. So this is super disappointing and very upsetting as this is not something that I see as a successful business if they continue this.
