☆☆☆☆UPDATED☆☆☆☆☆07/07/24. Maddie and Rachel are our favorite servers so far... Food is always good and has a nice atmosphere. We drive 25 miles just to come here, and Im prettysure we've been here every weekend since my last review (4mo ago)....I love the Mango Dragon fruit French toast and can't wait to see what seasonal dishes you have next..I appreciate the food and drink menu rotation and how friendly everyone is. Thank you for the delicious food and the great service.

☆☆☆☆ Today was our third time dining here, and honestly this is our new favorite place to go. The restaurant is always clean, from the floors, tables, and even their bathrooms. Service is always good, and their food is amazing. There's always a bit of a wait, but it's definitely well worth it. We will definitely be regular customers, and we highly recommend to all of our friends and family. Thank you. ☆☆☆UPDATE☆☆☆ My husband and I have been going back just about every weekend and sometimes all weekend. We absolutely love the food, staff, and atmosphere. Since my last post, Rachel is no longer here, as she is off doing great service elsewhere, and we wish her the best of luck. With that being said...I want to give a shout out to Maddy, Jade, and Ashley for always providing eggcelent service.. and our favorite hostesses....I apologize for not knowing names, I will by my next update. But in all honesty They entire staff work together as a team, and it shows..Which also says wonderful things about their management as they are always on top of things, or at least it seems. We have never had a bad experience, and I just can't say enough.... Thank you. Their new summer menu looks and tastes great...I had the new colada french toast and it did not disappoint...perfectly cooked french toast using Hawaiian bread, a delicious sauce, with fresh sweet pineapple...desert for breakfast served with 3 eggs, and choice of meat. It is a lot of food at a fair price...My husband ordered the new Ultimate brunch sandwich with ham, bacon, tomato, avocado with eggs served on focaccia bread and a side of potatoes which was equally as delicious....You definitely should put this on your list to go...did I mention they...

Normally I would always leave a 5 star review. Its hard to find a place my wife will be happy with. We just moved to Gilbert and we always like to find a place we feel welcome and my wife likes the food. We always order the same thing Biscuits and gravey comes with cut up potatoes bacon with egg. I love over easy cause I like mix everything potatoes cut the bacon to little pieces with egg, covered in yolk with a little bit of gravey and tobasco sauce. Mmmm. Noticed the last few times the potatoes almost seam like they are the frozen pro packaged potatoes. When they are microwaved and not cooked right or reheated they are hard. I do AC and I have worked all over the valley for 20 years. One thing I have noticed is places like Hooters for example. They are so dirty, the kitchen is greasy and nothing is ever cleaned up. They would have units go down and when I went everything was covered in grease and nasty. I then noticed that when its young people running everything they always try to do the bear minimum and try to get away with as much till somone says something. Well everytime I come everyone is strung out like this is the hardest thing in the world and the service sucks. I been coming for almost a month and I noticed stains that have been either on the floor, booth walls and chairs that should have easily been cleaned up if anyone wiped that area. Just really throws me off when I am looking forward to a good meal to start my day and I get disappointed. Not meaning to compare this place to a Hooters but its the same stuff I am seeing. I dont know if we will be back for a while. I don't mean to bash them I did really enjoy the food but seems like if you dont come on Saturday during the hype the food seemed worse and dont get the same experience. I really hate that I don't remember the guys name that helped me out but he was great. If he sees this he helped me split my order for just me. Usually my wife and I share a meal. We both lost over 100 lbs doing this and no more fast food. Anything boneless is bad.

Oh and I dont know why they even promote online reservation when you show up you still have to wait and they definitely give you a...

11/2/24 - short version: wide selection of menu items, seasonal offerings, huge patio (saw misters but no heaters), ample parking, great service, casual dining atmosphere. Definitely worth a return visit.

Longer version: popped in this particular Saturday morning craving a delicious breakfast. We were not disappointed. Since the weather was gorgeous, we opted to sit on the patio. That early it was still in the shade which means it was a bit chilly, but I did not see any heaters out there. It's a pretty large patio and my only complaint was the cold metal chairs. Yes, your butt will warm it up quickly but that did not make the non-cushioned seats any more comfortable. Next time we'll sit inside, hopefully it will be more comfortable.

Our server, Carley, was all smiles, very polite the entire time, and returned many times to ask how we were. The hand-crafted mocktails are exceptional. My pineapple berry fresca was sweeter than my sister's blackberry smash, we both like the fresca better.

The pumpkin waffle was dee-lish, slightly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. I would suggest a larger dollop of butter though. I should have asked for more, then I likely would not have used the syrup -- I think the butter would have been just fine. The apple fritter French toast was a large portion, my sister enjoyed it. Bacon was crispy, sausage had an unusual flavor to it that I couldn't quite identify but it, too, was very good.

We usually bring our own take-home containers as we want to avoid plastic and Styrofoam, but we forgot this time. That said, I was over the moon to see their take-home containers were compostable. Love that they do this, I wish more restaurants would.

Yep, ABEC is definitely a place to try...

Easter Day. Found a spot at the bar faster than our wait time. It was all very basic to us. Both food and service. Not worth the prices here. Bartender did not tell us her name nor was she super personable until after we ordered our food and it got a little better. Not what we would expect for bar service. There was no friendly vibe and in the whole place, you could tell the staff hates working holidays. I’ve been in the business and it’s hard to ignore as a guest when you recognize that vibe. The manager was present on the floor but also lacked a smile. The food was ok enough not to send back. We decided to eat it and not complain. But definitely not worth the prices. My Bloody Mary was $11 and there were no garnishments, only 1 piece of cold bacon, not even salt rim or celery stick, lime, olive…nothing. The breakfast potatoes are not good. They are little slivers and shavings from the bottom of a bag of frozen potatoes. Not sure how an eggs Benedict cost almost $17 with frozen potatoes. The hollandaise lacked the rich buttery flavor you look for. Eggs were poached perfectly at least. $34 with tip for one breakfast and 1 Bloody Mary??? Yikessss…you can’t afford the garnishments? Haha The bathroom had a broken stall that caused a horrific smell in the ladies room. And on the way out we noticed from our parking spot that the manager and a staff member were having a conversation that appeared it should have been handled behind closed doors. Again adding to this vibe they are creating for their guests. It was all basic. Won’t return there are too many breakfast options in the area.
