I visited Topgolf yesterday and had one of the worst experiences ever. I have been to Topgolf multiple times before and this was by far so unpleasant. I started by going in to the location with my camera, walking in with it I was told I cant bring in a camera. Which I can understand its company policies. So I headed back to my car and put my camera away. Then came back shortly after and was seated fairly quick, which was nice. After I was seated, it took over 5 mins for any servers to come and approach me if I needed anything. Which then I stated id like a drink. The drink was then brought to me. Shortly after the server is bringing me my tab? I never said I was done... So I told her id like to order some food. I ordered my food then took about 20 minutes to get there. Which by that time my 30 minute game was coming to an end. So I waited for the game to finish then took a seat to eat my food then return playing after I was done. One minute after I sat down to eat. the original person who told me I cant bring in my camera approached me saying that she has to move me somewhere else because there are people coming and they are going to seat them at the table I was at. There was many bays that were open and unoccupied. Why are they kicking me out of my bay? Because I didn't have a game rolling because I was eating and then planning to play more after I finished my food. So the lady moved me to the bar. Took my food and moved it for me and just left immediately. So I was sitting at the bar, where I wasn't drinking or anything. Since I wasn't ordering any drinks, the bartender didn't care at all to help me. My soda was out and usually Topgolf servers are quick with refills but this time no one cared. I was waiting and waiting for someone to ask if I wanted a refill or anything. But nothing. I was seated at the Bar for 20-30 mins eating and no one checked on me at all. I left and was very disappointed in what I seen. I have been craving to go to Topgolf for weeks and I finally went and it was so unenjoyable. I called like 5-10 minutes later while sitting in the parking lot to talk to the manager to let them know. but I was left on hold for 10-15 minutes while I was watching the Topgolf entrance where they had no one coming in... So they just did not wanna answer the phone. Worst experience I have ever had at...

Walked in at 11:45 and were told a 60 to 90 minute wait. We even said we would take the lower level( because nobody really likes the bottom level). We dined at the bar as we waited and did ask our waiter several times after 1hour of waiting as to our expectancy of our 2 bays. No answer. I went to the counter and was told it would be just a short wait. Well, a few in my group were older; in a wheelchair and had been sitting in his mobility vessel for what was getting close to 2 hours now. They had enough and now wanted to leave as this meant multiple members of our party would have to depart as well. I did ask to speak to the manager to see if I could salvage the day but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. We were a large party of 18 (12 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 toddlers) and most of us would have been in the lower entertainment area and maybe half of us would have been in the bays to golf. I can’t imagine a manager wanting to see this many patrons leaving, but obviously the sight 18 people leaving was a better revenue stream than our group ordering beverages and apps and tipping their usually great staff! Not today. The manager said she would reach out, but I haven’t heard as of now!!! I can’t believe they let us walk out without trying to make thing right for us. Absolutely not how to run a business, especially a successful biz like top golf…? The kicker, the lower level was half full.
