Love these guys! Our first trip here we fell in love with their furniture. We've purchased 2 couches, a credenza and a dining table. Can't say enough about the quality of everything we purchased. This was the only place we went that had a 100% leather couch with power reclining. Most reclining couches have a synthetic back, but not these couches.

This place is full of very modern and stylish furniture. There are so many color options for everything. Every time we have been here we fall in love with something. I'm sure we'll be back for something else soon!

The staff here are great. Super knowledgeable, very friendly and they don't hover over you like most furniture stores. Most places with quality and higher end furniture make you uncomfortable. Other places are high pressure! The stress and pressure is on the level of buying a car. These guys are different! They actually let you look around and help you only when you need it.

The delivery guys are also amazing! They are very careful and treat everything delicately. They assemble and set up everything for you! They even gave me the recommendation of a great polish protector for the furniture (mohawk). They are very friendly, can't say enough about how good they are!

Do yourself a favor and take a look! They have great showrooms and their website is up to date and very nice! These guys want you to be happy and make the whole experience very easy. We really don't go...

We (myself and my husband Tim) had an excellent experience shopping with Copenhagen Imports at their Gilbert Showroom. This includes beginning our very first visit and subsequent trips to the store till the very end of our first project. Richard was amazing to work with and we never felt pressured from his end to buy anything like one feels in a typical store. We loved how he paid personal attention to our requirements and helped us put together a nice collection of furniture from the store well within our budget. Apart from that he also gave us color coordination design and décor ideas which are coming in very handy. To top it off yesterday the delivery service experience was also exceptional. I can safely say the best delivery experience in last 10 years. The team was meticulous, detailed oriented and not only put the furniture together but made sure that I was absolutely satisfied. They made me feel that they were doing it for their own family/home rather than a customer. They were very patient and ensured that our adjustable bed went in well and worked well with the frame. Visited the store Monday morning as they opened. Nobody in the store other than 2 employees. We are in the market for furniture and a liked the style. After about 15 minutes in the store, we were approached by one of the 2 employees. I was not wearing a mask but my wife was. I have a medical exception and cannot wear a mask. Without greeting us, the lady says "sir, you need to put a mask on", I told her that I have a medical exception. She then informed me that "I would have to schedule an appt so they can lock the doors while I was in the store." I commented back that there was literally nobody in the store but that didn't matter. My wife and I decided to leave, will never be back. Masks are only required when social distancing is not possible. I also have protection from being forced to wear a mask due to a disability. Its obvious they don't recognize disability exceptions. Thank god I wasn't in a wheelchair or wearing oxygen.....who knows how that would have been treated...
