I had a highly disappointing experience at Wendy's drive-thru, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with the service I received, specifically concerning an employee named Charlotte.
Charlotte's behavior during my visit was utterly unacceptable. From the moment I approached the window, her attitude was hostile and unwelcoming. Notably, every time she looked out the window, she wore a scowl and curled her upper lip in a disdainful manner. This was not only rude but also deeply offensive.
What's more, when I politely corrected Charlotte about my order (I had ordered two fries), she responded with a dismissive scoff instead of addressing the matter professionally. Her lack of courtesy and respect was evident and completely unbecoming of a Wendy's employee.
To make matters worse, Charlotte didn't utter a single word to me at the window but maintained a facial expression of pure disgust. This level of hostility from an employee is not something I expect when visiting a fast-food establishment like Wendy's.
Regrettably, this encounter has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I am extremely reluctant to return to Wendy's until this matter is properly addressed. I sincerely hope that Wendy's management takes this feedback seriously and investigates this incident thoroughly. It may be necessary to consider Charlotte's employment status to prevent other customers from enduring such disrespectful treatment in the future.
In conclusion, I urge Wendy's to take immediate action to maintain its reputation for quality service and customer...
Read moreWe went to this establishment on 7/11/2017 and there was only one couple in front of us ordering food. My boyfriend and I both ordered the 4 for $4 meals with something on the side. A line of people showed up that became so long that one couple decided against waiting and left. We waited 10 minutes or so and finally my boyfriend brought the food to our table. I started on the fries that were hot and fresh and finished them and the nuggets that were also hot. When I opened my chicken sandwich that I ordered on the side, I noticed how cold it was and brought to the counter and asked for a fresh one. When I returned to the table my boyfriend says "It's all cold. I watched them give people their food ahead of us while our food sat behind the counter behind the manager." My boyfriend had said something and all the manager said was "Sorry," and handed him the food. I was so upset that I lost my appetite and brought the sandwich from my 4 for $4 deal up to them and let them know that it was barely room temperature and I didn't want a replacement and was appalled that they didn't even offer to remake the food when they realized their mistake. Someone had marked our food as delivered, so they didn't know what to do with our food, so they set it aside. "Quality is our recipe..." We're just happy that we only got the 4 for $4 deals instead of one of the more expensive meals. Wendy's is lucky to have their establishment off Chaparral and Pima. They are always hot fresh and fast. I will never eat at the Gilbert/Baseline...
Read moreI ordered through doordash for pickup, and someone with a doordash bag grabbed our food before we got there. I know that part isn't their fault, except that they didnt verify who was supposed to be picking it up. They assumed he was a dasher. But my order was for PICKUP, not delivery. When my son got there, the manager said it was already picked up, and I needed to contact doordash. But doordash doesn't have an option for me to tell them that my food was gone when I got there. I had to drive there myself, and show the manager the app, and that there's no other option for pickup, if the food isn't there when I get there. It's the restaurant's responsibility to check who is picking up the food. I had to argue to get them to remake the food. The "manager" was VERY rude, and mocked my angry facial expression, and when they remade my food they didn't have the order on their screen any longer. I had to show them the receipt on the doordash app, which didn't have details on it, like leaving onions off a burger, or the size of the fries, etc. So we got all the way home (I should have checked, I know) before we realized there were items missing and prepared incorrectly. So, 3 trips worth of gas, a VERY rude manager, and cold food from having to go back and forth. I mean, I love their food, but seriously. BAD customer service. I meant to contact the general manager, but kept forgetting to call. I'm assuming this manager has had complaints before, and hopefully she doesn't work at a customer service job for...
