My wife and I got takeout. The chopped brisket sandwich had crunchy grisltle in every bite. (See photo). This is Dickies third strike, as our other experienes were also disappointing. When I picked up my order, two male employees in the kitchen were taking an unusual interest in me, which struck me as odd at the time. My wife had mentioned she didn't tip...for takeout, like why would you anyway. I'm certain this is why the food was the way it was since nobody there even knows me. I don't appreciate my food being tampered with. Customers should be wary of such conduct from employees. If it goes beyond that, Dickies is liable to get sued over their employees conduct.

Update: There is an email given below that is apparently for fake outreach, to make it look like they're willing to do something. They have never contacted me back. I deserve my money back at the very least. You're getting the dick at...

Ehhh it was okay. It was our 1st experience with them; we ordered online for curbside delivery. We arrived early and waited 10mins past delivery time before heading inside, then waited another 5mins. We took our food to Devils Tower for a picnic dinner and quickly found they are Stingy with the bbq sauce. My son couldn't eat the pork because it was too dry, I mixed it with the beans to make it easier to eat. Would I order again? Probably. I would add 3 extra bbq sauce per person and then it would have excellent. The chicken, turkey, and beef weren't dry like the pork. Taste was good. Sides were all good. It was nothing special to write home about, but it wasn’t bad if that...

My friends and I went there for lunch today. We ordered and received good food around noon. It was GREAT food! We all ordered the brisket, nice and tender, fatty, good brisket with a good rub. All was great! After enjoying a great meal, I ordered a pound of brisket to go. Figured it's a great deal because I don't have a smoker and can't make it myself. I got it home and it was LEAN and the DRIEST brisket I've ever had! NO FAT, NO CRUST, just lean, dry brisket. Obviously, I did NOT get the same cut as when I ordered earlier. I live an hour away, I'm not gonna take it back, but I'm NOT going to "enjoy" it either. Such a waste of $23 and what should have been great meat....

This place is pretty decent for bbq not many options in Gillette for bbq so if you are in the mood this place will get you by. The god had good flavor portions are about right foot your buck. There is plenty of seating for larger tables and there is always someone cleaning when I go in. The food is made fresh daily. As I was leaving they was putting fresh brisket in the oven to cook over night so you are sure the food is fresh when it comes to the meats and that it’s not that pre frozen stuff some places try to use and get away with as being fresh. Hope this helps if you stop in let me know what you had and if it was any good.
