Hardee’s — Restaurant in Gillette

24$ for 2 giant burgers, 2 large fries, 2 large sodas, and 2 cookies. I'm used to Carl's Jr (which is owned by Hardees) so I expected pretty much the same quality. This place was clearly lacking. I went through the drive-thru and ordered. Like most people when I get my meal, I dive in fries first when driving home. My fries were already cold. Bad sign. I live about a quarter-mile away so it didn't take me long to get home and sit down to eat. When I opened the bag and grabbed the boxes with the burgers for myself and the wife... The boxes fell apart from the grease! No joke. The paper the burgers were wrapped in were equally soaked. I think it was a combination of grease and liquid smoke flavor. The burgers tasted great, the buns had little grill marks to show it was all flame broiled, and the burgers stuck out 1" past the bun all around, but it was overly greasy and borderline inedible. I managed to eat half before my stomach told me that I was done. I ate a few more cold fries and realized that I had 2 chocolate chip cookies. They too were cold and crispy. No gooey melty chocolate chips like I hoped and the cookie dough almost tasted like a bread dough since it wasn't sweet. It tasted like they were made somewhere else and warmed up on a flat top. The cherry coke was the highlight of the meal and the only thing I finished. There's a reason this place has a 1 star review on yelp. I believe today I found out why. If you are constipated and don't want to use laxatives and/or you like cold fries/cookies... ...

The worst experience I have EVER had. $21 worth of burnt tenders, cold fries, and flat/watered down LARGE drinks. Took the food back where I was laughed at by workers and treated very disrespectfully by the shift manager in particular. She gave me the district managers number where I thought this would all be sorted out. Told me she would check cameras and refund my money or remake meal. I asked for my money back because all I have went through. This was days ago and I have not heard a word! Called Hardee’s to ask if she was in and once again could not finish a sentence with the shift manager. At this point I’m wanting to call corporate not only for my money back but poor customer service skills. I ask her name and she proceeds to hang up in my face. I will never return to this place! It’s ridiculous because I literally showed them the food and they even agreed it’s burnt. I just don’t understand and I am very upset at the lack of customer service. Eat literally...

We stopped in for sit down service around 8pm on a Sunday and noticed it didn't close till 9pm, we asked if they didn't mind serving so late and we got a nice smile and caring attitude from the front counter. Ordered our meal and waited at our booth. Inside the bathrooms smelled horrible as soon as you walk in but thankfully they are blocked by another door from the restaurant. Floor was sticky, and we checked two docent tables before picking on and cleaning it ourselves, (we were the only ones besides another small family.) Food was handed out again with a nice smile and nice attitude. Food on the other hand was very much below average. Meat was cold, buns soggy, fries and onion rings were old and semi warm. Yes, we could have gone and complained but anymore what's use? What few bites we ate since kids were hungry, then we just politely left and...
