Montgomery Bar — Restaurant in Gillette

About brought a tear to my Eye, been about 11 years now since I last walked through that door. Gillette was my home for a lot of years and the monkey was a great place to play cards on the weekend. Got to know alot of you folks. Everyone called me Sarge due to my service in the Corps as a Sargeant... lot of Army guys had to F with me so Sarge stuck. Thank you all for the picture updates it's awesome to see you all are still in buisness. I hope the boom comes back to you guys even though I am 52 now I would be hard pressed not to retire...

Spent a wonderful afternoon, met interesting people, of course this was in 1963, I met the love of my life passing thru Gillette,wyo, we married and spent 4 years ,loved every day,. Wonderful Wyoming, I still feel that way . I’m in Minnesota now...memories...
