Wendy's — Restaurant in Girard Township

This place has become such a joke in the last year. Everytime we get food there it's always something, the staff taking the order is rude as heck, comes off like you're bothering them, then they still get your order wrong. Even if u do a mobile order and its literally in print for them. The food is cold or they forgot something. Even the one "manager" is rude. They are constantly goofing off like their job is some party and you, the customer has come to ruin their fun time and that's exactly how they make you feel. One time I went during the holiday season. Ordered 4 medium pumpkin frostys when they handed them to me they were super tiny. I asked are these medium? They said yes, I said they don't look like mediums. They assured me they were. Got home and can clearly see the S marked on the container, I did a survey and explained the terrible experience and some lady was very nice left me a vm apologizing and put my name down for 4 free frostys. Several weeks later when I went back to get them some other "manager" was acting like I had made this whole story up. Thankfully I still had the voice-mail from the lady saying I'm putting you down for 4 free frostys. I literally had to play him the voice-mail. One of their rude workers Mikyala or something literally asked me at the drive thru if she could hit my vape. I was like what?!?! Absolutely not. Gross and unprofessional. My husband & I stopped for late night dinner about 850pm. We ordered 2 value meals~ Burger and chicken wrap. We waited in the drive through about 10 mins, no explanation for the wait. No cars behind us and no one at inside dining. Restaurant was empty except for staff. 1 person sweeping the floors near the front , 1 waitress Mackenzie at the drive through window and 2 other females running back and forth with drinks in hand near drive through window. Laughing and talking loudly that I could hear from my car. Mackenzie was very polite, smiled & professional . The chicken wrap was cracked open 3 places. It felt stale or like it had been heated and got hard on the edges. It fell open and filling came out. I called and spoke to Justine the Manager. She answered the phone laughing with loud laughter in the background. I explained how the wrap was made, it was cracked and it fell apart. She apologized and said " I hate when I get food and can't eat it. I will talk to the person who made your order. Thank you for letting me know" I threw away the wrap and ate the filling..

This branch used to be my favorite. I have reservation about going back again. I can see why the McDonalds and Dairy Queen was full and Wendys empty. No offer for any compensation. $11.19 for chicken wrap filling was not worth it. All around there needs to be better training~ in meal prep and...

I work in Girard (7 years now). I have gotten burned by this Wendy’s so many times. I usually give it a while before returning to see if the next time will be better, without fail it’s always something. I have gotten burgers that were nearly raw after biting into them while 7 months pregnant and complained to management for even a refund of my meal with no resolution. Several times come on lunch to be stuck waiting so long I didn’t have time to eat my food. Missing items, badly cooked/put together food. Today I am officially done with giving this establishment chance after chance. After ordering ahead of my lunch, leave early for my lunch to avoid a line. I arrived with no one ahead of me and was told to wait for a chicken sandwich so I pulled up as asked and was left to wait nearly 20 full minutes leaving me little time to eat when arriving back to work. The employees didn’t offer an apology or anything for the ridiculous wait time. If I could give it less stars I would!! It really sucks Girard has so little options and of the ones they do have it this kind of service. Prices are so high for this level of poor business...
