Having a manager running drive thru, should be a safe and friendly experience. until you watch a manager abuse their power, and ignoring customer when they ask a question, just taking their money and rudely treated other members of your work force by refusing to talk to them and not working as a team. I don't work at this location or for Macdonalds but I am a manager. My experinces this morning was just uncalled for, i used the drive thru as usually only to have Alice, be the most rudest Human. EVER. she told me to pause and I did thinking i was doing wrong on my order she tells me to start again just to act like i wasted her time by waiting for her to take my order, i tried to talk to her to apologize and was ignored, her expression was rude to me but she was having a nice convo with the american dude, i don't want to assume the race card because this world has too much hate as it is, when i pulled up to the next window the other employee name Maria (hispanic lady) who was very nice. Trying to do everything with in her power to be nice and kind, and answering questions and concerns i had, she stated since they are both manager it was difficult for her to even talk to Alice, since Alice doesn't care. I will continue to go to this McDonald's like i do every morning at 10:15am and greet Maria and other staff that is so friendly and make me want to return. I JUST hope AND PRAY that Alice treats her staff, and guest who actually pay for their order IN A KINDER WAY. Not ignore them and glare at them and yell at them and be rude. I hope Alice learns to communicate in a better way, its just a job at the end of the day. Treat people nicely and they will return like i return for Maria and other staff members customer service along with the product. Just very very disappointing to see from a Manager, as a...
Read moreThe service at this McDonald’s is awful! We ordered in the drive thru and didn’t know which window to go to. Since no one came to any of the windows, I drove around to the door to see if I could go in and get out food but the door was locked. We went back through the drive thru to get our food and it had been less than 5 minutes since we ordered. The manager had canceled our order and we had to order again. I asked the manager why she had canceled our order and she said she thought we had driven off. When I tried to explain, she was so rude, and had someone else charge us. I could hear her inside yelling and swearing about rude people. I admit I was a little rude at first but I worked about McDonald’s off and on for 4 years when I was younger and none of us EVER treated a customer like that. I admit I lost it after I heard her swearing about customers from the inside but I don’t appreciate being mistreated and I was always taught that the customer is ALWAYS right and you do what you can to fix the problem when there is one CALMLY. If the manager had said something like, “I’m sorry ma’am. We’ll get your food right away”, I would have felt better about the situation. I don’t judge anyone for the kind of work they do. I was raised to be respectful and taught professionally to provide exceptional customer service. I believe that whatever job you do should be done with kindness, professionalism, and to the best of one’s ability. The service at this McDonald’s is not only subpar, it is emotionally abusive and completely...
Read moreAfter waiting at the first order board for 5 minutes with no reply, my boyfriend and I backed out and went into the other line since those cars were getting their order placed and not us, we assumed the order screen is broken, or the lane was closed without any blockade. After we got to the second order board we weren't greeted and no reply after we said hello. A car went into the first order board (that we were in initially) after a few minutes of us waiting in at the second order board, and was able to place their order while we still waited and received no reply again. We drove to the window and placed our order then was told it was because she was cashing out. Which to an extent I understand since I worked in food service, but I think it is very important to train your employees to quickly address and let someone know you'll be with them shortly. After receiving our food my boyfriend choked and swallowed something on the plain sunday he ordered. Next scoop he scooped out a piece of plastic as provided in the photo and found more intitally remnants in there. I also was the one who initially took the first bite as well as being the one to remove the plastic from the spoon beforehand. This wasn't apart of our garbage and hope you guys keep better attention on the food and product you serve out, as well as training your employee to multi-task or understand the importance of greeting...
