If I could give this Taco Bell less than one star, I would. This is hands down, by far the WORST fast food restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of going to. We have probably been to this Taco Bell 20+ times in the past year and I'm shocked with myself that I have continued to patronize them for so long. They have literally failed to fill out order correctly over 90% of the times we have gone there. Nearly every single time we go to this Taco Bell, either a special order is made incorrectly (e.g. we ask for a quesadilla with no sauce but they put the sauce on anyway; we ask for a black bean crunch wrap supreme with no queso and get a beef crunch wrap supreme with queso, etc.) or items are left out completely. I literally cannot tell you how many times we have not been given our cinnamon twists and have had to loop back around to get them. Today, we did not get our cinnamon twists; we loop back around and pull up to the window. The employee hands us a bag. We look in the bag - one order of twists (we had ordered two). We let him know and as he gives us our second order, my partner says to him, "you know, this is not the first time this has happened. You guys mess up our orders pretty often." The employee barely even looks at us, gives a dismissive wave and says, "yeah have a nice day." Seriously?! Worst. Customer. Service. Response. EVER. Not only does this Taco Bell make more mistakes than any fast food restaurant I have ever encountered, but they clearly do not care. My family will never, ever, return there. 0/10 would not recommend. We will be satisfying our future "nasty fast food Taco Hell guilty pleasure cravings" at the Taco Bell in Milwaukie (located on McLoughlin...
Read moreLet me start by recognizing they were busy. That being said when my limp soggy nacho fries were given to me I asked that they be dropped a bit longer. Noting that there was a basket of them above the grease. I was told sorry it will be awhile. Then I was brought some of the cold limp ones from the basket above the grease fairly quickly but obviously I was not happy. I didn't mention I knew they got them from the same underdone basket as the first, while I was told they just pulled them up and they went the full time. I pointed out how limp they were and undercooked. To no avail. Just a nearly petulant correction that that is how they are supposed to be (not at the other taco bells I eat at). Idon't like being lied to or receiving sub standard product. I have worked at the Bell in the past (that very one, as well as closing manager at one in tuckwilla Washington years ago) and I know this is not company policy but overwhelmed under trained young men and women. My whole order was wrong as well but frankly that happens it's no big deal. The fact that I was an annoyance for pointing out I asked for no nacho cheese on my two burritos though is not understandable. The way to retain clients is not to make them feel alienated when you do make mistakes. But rather to present an experience that exceeds their expectations when things go wrong. I gave it two stars though because even though there was a rush the lobby was remarkabley clean none the less.
Update... Next morning after church went back. The day crew is ON IT! Fries are cooked perfectly (didn't even have to ask ), order was made properly and service was very friendly. I guess just avoid them during the...
Read moreTalk about the friendliest fast food restaurant there is around! I had not eaten at Taco Bell for a years because the food was so horrible and tasted fake.
Here I am, (original post-enchorito years long gone) and I am actually starting to enjoy Taco Bell food again. The orders have always been completed accurately. the menu is always changing as they try to come up with new things using the usual same 12 ingredients. And I hate to admit it but I love those $1 spicy tostadas and potato tacos that are on the menu. The black beans are actually quite decent either with rice or added to a steak or chicken burrito or taco.
I enjoy the crunch of their grilled burritos and it's nice to be able to give a slight upcharge to make it supreme where they add sour cream and tomatoes for 60 cents. Their jalapenos (30 cents) have a decent heat to them as well is added to any of the menu items.
And I cannot believe how great the power of bull menu is. Try the chicken bowl with black beans, rice, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo. Or substitute one of these spicy or avocado or other sauces that they have, there's a flavor for every palate!
I can't speak for their drinks because I never get any. I just wish the drive-thru is open until 3 instead of 2 because I barely make it there at the end of my work...
