Our server was Yuli. Super sweet young lady. We came in for the 1st time on a Google search for nachos near us on Saturday while visiting Cave City. I felt bad because we got a few dirty looks from other customers I'm guessing because we were in shorts and tank tops. We took the kids to Kentucky down under and dinosaur world all day and it was hot out. I didn't realize the place was so nice or we may have gone to the hotel to change 1st, but the kids needed food right then and we all love nachos. 1st of all, our server Yuli was so sweet and didn’t seem to mind. Went for take-out on a Sunday. Was told it would take 15 minutes which was great because I'm 15 from the restaurant. When I got there patrons were milling about waiting to be seated even though the restaurant was not crowded. The hostess disappeared after taking the last set of people to their table and never came back. A waiter finally asked if I needed help, he told me he'd check on my order and have the hostess get back to me. Several minutes passed before a waitress and the hostess appeared to tell me my order was sitting at the bar. I feel had the hostess come back after seating the last group this confusion would not have occurred. Outside of this debacle the food was tasty and the portion size was good. Over the course of time that Garcia's has been at his location they have changed so many things to make their restaurant the GO-TO place here in Glasgow when you want great authentic Mexican food. The staff is always smiling and ready to help. Your glass almost never gets empty. No matter what you order off of the menu it is phenomenal. Since the CoVid-19 shut down, Garcia's has made a great transition into delivery and curb side assistance. They have gone so far as to give away the food that would have gone bad to 150 families here is Glasgow. This is great place with great people.
