Read moreThere are some great employees here, but I hate to say this, but the service sucks! The service is ALWAYS slow and ALWAYS takes forever. And most of the time, they don't get the order right. I come through here quite often, and it's ridiculous how this place is run. As for me, I always try to be nice and understanding, but in reality, I wish the general manager would kick this place into gear because, apparently, the gears are not shifting right! Imagine this, you pull into the Sonic and it's dead, no one in sight, and you think to yourself I'm gonna get my order quickly tonight ..yet it takes them 20+ mins to make two small blasts! This should be no more than 5-8 mins at max. Yet, where are all the employees? At the dumpster area where they have a table to do what exactly? Who wants to take a break near a stinky dumpster 🤢... Y'all don't deserve a break table until you get yourself together and start doing your job that you were HIRED to do. To be honest, I would fire half the crew because they just don't work like they should and I'm talking about the evening to closing crew. People complain about the food and service here all the time! I have no clue why the general or regional manager is not addressing these issues. When there are problems, the manager is at fault or part of the problem. TIME TO LOOK INTO ALL THE ISSUES! Read moreWe went thru the drive thru. Ordered for 5 of us in the car. Of the items ordered, one item was a hamburger no cheese with only ketchup and mayo. Another item was a sonic cheeseburger no onion and no lettuce.
When we got the food the hamburger with mayo and ketchup was a cheeseburger with mayo and ketchup. We asked for it to be fixed. They gave us a hamburger with tomato pickles onion and lettuce. We asked for it to be fixed. The lady just stared at us. Acted like we were speaking another language. Then a few minutes later the manager came to the window. Acted all put out. Had to ask like 4 times what was wrong with the burger. When she returned to the window there was no apology for the absolute time suck or for the mistake even. The customer who ordered this item cannot have dairy.. so it matters! The second burger listed above that was no lettuce or onion had a ridiculous amount of onion on it. I didn’t ask for them to fix it but just removed the onion myself, which removed most of the condiment with it.
