Starbucks — Restaurant in Glen Rock

Until Starbucks stops making Starbucks the equivalent of refrigerators in the summer, I will be going to all of their competitors before ever going to Starbucks in the summer.

In staff is really nice here and this shop has a small but nice layout but you cant walk in here without a winter coat in the summer and apparently that is a corporate decision. But I haven't been to the one @ Rt 17 & Century rd because it is always freezing in there too.

I was at this Starbucks in winter once and it was nice. If they kept this the right temperature in summer it would get 5 stars. Not the specific location's fault (again, corporate decision), but cold enough for me to ask for my money back and go to Ridgewood Coffeehouse instead because it was so cold in this Starbucks it gave me a headache.

But I still lost and hour of work time. Grrr... learned my lesson. Pick Starbucks LAST in summertime unless I have my down...

Hello all! Your current manager for this location here. I want to apologize for some of the comments i'm seeing here, we unfortunately lost a lot of great baristas, 6 people, in august, 4 of which were very last minute and we didn't see coming, and another partner has been on medical leave since July and we are hoping for her to come back to us soon. We are working on re-staffing the store and training new partners so that your drinks can be made perfectly and quickly and so that you can have the best experience here! Sorry for the inconvenience of the short staffing, trust me, I'm just as upset as some of you may be, but everyone starts from somewhere and all of our new partners are working hard to deliver the best customer experience that they can...

It takes a lot to push me to write a review this is probably my second time , the employee that was prepping had the worst attitude ever , & unfortunately I had to go back to her because Starbucks keeps condiments with them as a safety precaution , she looked at me with complete disgust for asking for condiments giving me sugar without a spoon & honestly if there’s anyone that should be disgusted it should be me ! Don’t know maybe she was having a bad day but if that’s her everyday attitude good luck people .P.s she had a Tattoo ...
