Ordered this location 3 times now being new to this area and closesr pizza place. Even though order wasnt right service was ok. I saw how busy they were and they were short staffed. Ordered pick up since they taking from drivers type charging delivery fees. 1stc time got home order was wrong. 2nd time tried using the $3 tip. Didn't work limited time to use. Said pizza ready in 15-20 so I went 20 min. later to pick up not ready said 20 more min still not ready waiting at location this time pizza still hasn't even been placed in oven. When it finally came out the person boxing it puts on garlic butter on crust. I ordered without it so had to wait again. 100 minute wait. Didn't offer any discount or apology. So tried again yesterday using $3 tip coupon kept saying order wasnt complete so coupon invalid so when I went in n tried to explain to manage her said s online he couldn't do anything so he cancelled told me retry. So I did wouldn't work. He became very rude told me give me what you have and told me I was waiting his time and coding him money. I turned and told him last time I came I waited over hour for a 20 minute order that was wrong and had to be remade and I didn't say nothing about waiting my time it by money. He then got louder with customers inside we exchanged some words. If your going to work with customers you can't be rude and a jerk. There other words I would use to describe this manager but shouldn't use them. I don't know any manner who has no authority to honor coupons or discounts for being inconvenienced. I didn't get his name and should have but this guy has no business being a manager or dealing with Customers. Racist loud mouth should be fired. Owner needs to look into this guy's attitude...

I spoke with a lady around 1145 am on Saturday I don't recall her name but she said I cudnt speak with the rgm Because she was on the phone but this morning I call to have my order replaced that I was told I had a credit from my past order was over a hour late and cold. as soon as I did that the lady jus sound very frustrated ND very argumentative with me ND as a customer I don't think that was very professional of her ND then not only that she told me she wanted me to pay a delivery fee ND that that's the least I could do ND I told her I wasn't told I would have too ND that just made her even more upset ND talking very fast and loud I explained to her that she doesn't have to be so rude to me that I'm not trying argue with her ND then I ask her if she cud once again give me a quote time on my delivery ND she said no that they don't have to give that out because she only has one driver at the store this is the second time I have ordered from here ND been giving mis info and also been treated unprofessionally ND me as a past shift lead at a pizza hut I know that's this behavior is not nor should be acceptable. So I'm hoping that's theses people be recoached on their professionalism on how to treat their customers because I will not ever be ordering food from this store again. Read moreI am so unbelievably annoyed, irritated and just DONE with this Domino's location! The last time I ordered through them (March 7th, 2020) 20 mins AFTER my order was due to arrive I got a notification that it was delivered. I was outside and it was in fact, NOT delivered. I called because it was not only 20 mins late, but they falsified that it was delivered when it wasn't. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they accidently delivered to the wrong place, but after they checked the drivers GPS they were still on route to my house, 4 mins out. There were no apologies given at the very least. Now today (July 5th, 2020) I attempted to order Via the app and it was having issues so I called in. I asked if I ordered over the phone if my rewards would still count and was told no so I went back to the app. After spending 20 mins trying to to figure it all out and to finally purchase my order the app is TEMPORARILY OUT OF ORDER! "Call the store or visit Domino's.com" I spent 40 mins trying to get someone to answer to no avail. (And for it to say several times that my rewards WOULD HAVE counted with my number entered!) I finally decided to try the website for it to tell me that it's not working and to call!!! I ordered Pizza Hut. They're on their way. I seriously recommend that you DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR EFFORT on this joke...
