I read the reviews about how they used to be the best or how they are combative with customers, but I have two responses to that. Who else is better than them? Give me one name. Glendale Sassoon went down hill and Old Sassoon in Pasadena is good but inconsistent. Second, what do you expect about being combative with customers, they are Armenian bro, I tell my wife, you just have to accept that being rude is part of the culture and genetic. Half my people have permafrowns, it doesn’t mean they are mad. Still my go-to place fish Taron. Interesting tid bit, though this food is more Lebanese in influence, the Russian Armenians who run this place are doing a better job than the two competing Lebanese Armenian places. A young boy eating Lahmajo with his family outside by the bakery tables, walks in and tells employee there is hair in my food, the baker shakes his head while the cashier yells loud, why didnt you check show me the hair, next time before you throw it in the trash show me first. She continues yelling more louder and says, we wear hats here and its impossible its our hair. For something that costs $1.50 its shame on your service that this little boy got yelled at for no reason. Why would you be so low class and cheap. I will never visit this...
