I had a very bad experience today with an employee Stefani ! I’ve done lip injections 2 times with her and it didn’t last even for 6 months ! Each time they made me wait for an hour without even telling me that in advance. I even called in advance and asked them if she was running late, to make sure to come a little later and not waste my time there. They still lied to me. But it’s not a major issue! So I was surprised when she started preparing for the procedure she didn’t show me the product that she was going to use ! Based on my experience of 10 years, I would always see the new opened syringe and the expiration day ! But she never showed me that! I don’t know what she used on me , but the filler disappeared ! And after all that I had an appointment today to add more filler and ask the reasons why it could have disappear so fast! But they made me wait for 46 min again and on top of that she walked by me pretending she doesn’t see me , instead of apologizing for being late ! Btw the Receptionist was very nice and telling me that all clients are very disappointed and complaining about her all the time ! But she keeps leaving a very small gap between clients to get more money ! But if you don’t show up or you’re late for your appointment they will charge you 100$ from your card that they gave on file ! Then when she finally came to take me in, she asked how i was doing, and I replied ‘ it’s ok, because I waited for 40 minutes’. On top of all that instead of apology I got attitude from her !! She told me that it’s not an answer she is expecting from her clients! 😳 and she said that she is leaving and asked me to leave to ! I told her that I’m going to talk with Dr.Arman regarding her terrible work and attitude! She said that she doesn’t even care about him ! ( so he is the owner of LA beauty) She acted like a princess in her own Palace! My cousin had a same problem with waiting and her lips also don’t have any filler on . We have all photos and they also do . So I had to walk out with the numbing cream, because at that point they didn’t even care to wipe it off. Horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone who cherishes their time, wants lasting effects and happy environment. Maybe they need some...

I went in so excited to get my lip injected, when I got their the girls up in front were very kind and nice but as soon I was called by the doctor he was very straight to the point he didn't really let me explain what look I was going for since it was my first time I just wanted my lips to look full and nice, he didn't really tell me what was going to happen after the procedure. He sure did mention the price, their was 2 prices, 1/2 lip fillers were a cost of $230 and the other was full lip fillers that cost $450. I went for the $450 since I was so excited and that full filler would take longer to last (6-9 months). In my personal opinion he just wanted the $. He wasn't really informative, I would of appreciate that he was more informative and honest. My lips weren't what I expected, they were bruised and swollen and got a cold sore the day after. My lips were in bad condition for more than a week. My lips look like duck lips. Two weeks after I went for a check up because my lip fillers were uneven, one side had more fillers than the other side and the upper part of my lip look like duck lips. I explained to the doctor if he could fix lips because they were uneven and I wasn't happy about the results.He sure did, he made the adjustments but the results were still the same. Very bad experience. PLEASE LADIES IF YOUR INTERESTED IN GETTING YOUR LIPS DONE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Make sure you take pictures of the look your going for. Dr. Arman was recommended to me by a friend, and I would give 10 stars to him & LA Beauty Skin Center if I could! Dr. Arman is the BEST & the only doctor I’ll trust with my face. He fixed what others did wrong, is precise, and pays incredible attention to detail. He always aims for feminine, natural results and is truly beauty-driven, not money-driven - meaning he isn’t afraid to say no to a service if it won’t flatter your features, and I really admire that about him. I was back and forth from Washington DC to LA for the last 7 months and would strategically make sure to incorporate my appointments occasionally, just to ensure that he was the only one doing my injections.
