The dark skin young lady (not trying to by racist just didn’t get the young ladies name) working the drive thru around 6 pm has poor listening skills and is unprofessional. While ordering at the menu she immediately told me to hold and she’d be with me in a moment, not a problem. About 5 minutes went by before she returned and when going over my very simple order a HOT chai tea latte she kept saying iced and I had to correct her more than once which as a customer is very disappointing after already waiting 5 minutes with one car ahead of me if it was busy I would’ve been more understanding. Once I got to the window I had her scan my app for my rewards and went to pay with my debit card and she immediately took it and appeared to insert it but obviously didn’t since there was no message from my bank indicating a transaction didn’t go through anyone who banks with a real company and has their notifications enabled knows banks will always send a message stating your card is locked or a transaction didn’t go through due to whatever the reason may be, she handed the card back to me asking if I had another form of payment cause it wasn’t going to go through as some sort of tactic to attempt to embarrass me it seemed based off how loud she said that almost as if she was trying to get even because I had to elevate my voice for her to understand I was saying a HOT chai tea latte. I wasn’t going to argue with her but as a manager I would definitely go over some skills to deal with high stress work environment although Starbucks is fast paced it doesn’t seem to be high stress. I’ve never had an issue at any Starbucks and as this was my first time at this location based off of the interaction I had with that young lady I won’t return and can only hope this isn’t her genuine customer...
Read moreI came to this Starbucks to have a better experience then I did last time and the person who took my order did not tell me they weren’t taking cash so I came to the window and I was $1.28 yes $1.28 short from the money that was put in my app so I tried to give them cash and the lady apologized she was sweet and said she’s sorry it was her fault for not telling me they’re not taking cash I asked if she can excuse the $1.28 a very rude unprofessional lady name Valentina without a name tag came rudely and said sorry we are not taking cash there’s nothing I can do unless you pay I said excuse mam she slammed the window on my face and then came back rudely and said her safe is working but she put the money back in my Starbucks account they took I’m in shock from the behavior of these baristas the line was held up for what $1.28 this is the 2nd horrible experience I’ve have within 3 months I pray Starbucks hires kinder people I love my Starbucks and the baristas I just feel the brand should higher their expectations on...
Read moreExperience as of 8/5, i ordered 3 refresher with lemonade, no ice which tasted like water with food coloring and when ordering i saw a charge +$1.00/each drink on top because it would be more in the cup without ice when I asked her why she sounded sarcastic. Blonde rude girl with an ugly attitude acting like she owns Starbucks or money adding to her check for saving them ingredients: we’re paying the price for those drinks. Said corp changed their policy 3 months ago and blah blah but yet this is the only Starbucks i encountered doing this and I buy Starbucks 4/5 times a week. Starbucks will definitely lose my business if they do this at all Starbucks and i will make the extra drive to Dutch Bros because i feel my money will be in better hands and will not be given a cup filled up to where ice line goes. This is the only location that I have experienced this ridiculous idea because you don’t want ice. Besides this all of our drinks had no flavor and no infusion pieces that it...
