xo café — Restaurant in Glendale

I made an order online directly through xo cafe webside exactly 35 minutes ago, and I received a call at 4:53 PM from a third party company called Clorder that they received a call from xo cafe and they said the order needs to get canceled since we are closed, which on google and their website it shows 5 PM not 4:53 PM, and they did not call me directly to cancel it.

Very disappointed, since I called them from my office line at 4:54 PM and left a message, and did not receive a call back and them at 4:56 I called with my direcet cell phone number and kindly asked them to call me back before 5 PM otherwise I will write a 1 star review.

Thanks for your service XO Cafe, much appreciated.

The worst customer service ever. If you hire them for your event be sure to get everything in writing and signed. They change their prices even thought you have texts and have made a deposit. The worst people ever. Do not do business. I will continue telling everyone about them.

At no point in time you advised you changed your prices. When people book in every business they pay what they have been quoted on, you cant change your prices because you feel like it. No i cancelled my request because you are shady and a liar. Deposit paid means i booked you for you quoted me. I asked you how much you need for deposit you said $100 so thats what you been paid. I was already looking forward to trying something brand new so I went to XO Café. Walking in, the service wasn’t the greatest. We walked up to the counter and she didn’t look to be in a very good mood. We ordered our food and when she brought it out she just dropped the plate on the table and walked away without a word. Once biting into the food, it wasn’t awful. I ordered the Salmon Panini and it tasted alright along with the fries. There are a lot of different things on the menu instead of an occurring theme. For a cafe like this, I feel like there are too many options where they don’t put much effort into their dishes. Focusing on variety takes the focus away...
