We visited for dinner and to celebrate my daughter's birthday. (+). - 1. The restaurant is beautiful on the outside and well decorated.
(-) 1. They took our orders very late, even though we were the only ones in the hall. For example, the French fries, the most basic and easiest side dish, were brought out about an hour later, and the others later. The salmon fish was not well prepared, it was not tasty. All the meat dishes, according to all participants, were made not good ant unbelivable not tasty. The music was not appropriate for an expensive restaurant. A girl was shouting in an indeterminate language that they said was Russian. I don't know how other restaurants serve grilled peppers, but here they don't remove the burnt and black skin from the grilled peppers. Is that normal? The julienne was unbearably salty. The khashlama was terribly spicy, even though I had asked for 1 roasted hot pepper to be brought separately, they brought 3 and, as I mentioned above, without peeling them.
I would not advise anyone to visit Ararat restaurant, otherwise you may lose both your money...

The staff member who served us was genuinely welcoming, which we appreciated, but that’s about the only positive part of our visit.
My wife and I ordered the chicken and beef lule kebab and paid around $50. Sadly, the food was terrible—bland, poorly cooked, and simply not worth the price. To make things worse, the wait time was unusually long; our food arrived so late that I was already ready to walk out.
Overall, this was a waste of money and time. We won’t...
Read moreI have been to your restaurant twice and I want to express my displeasure. We are in America and the music repertoire of your restaurant is entirely Russian. When there are many great examples of world music, you play old and terrible Russian songs. I understand that you are nostalgic, I understand that you value Russian guests, but you want to develop in such a way that you offer a diverse repertoire to your guests and do not listen to tasteless Russian songs all the time. I've considered paying for my birthday with you,...
