I wanted to make a presentation to the appropriate people at WDI and needed very basic contact info so that I could write to them. The receptionist/guard was of no help and somewhat rude. He told me that everything I needed to know was on their website - which it was not. I had to spend the afternoon at the Burbank Library to dig up the info. I just think that it should be a standard courtesy (for any business) to try and help individuals who walk thru...
