This place is beloved by my coworkers and I love my acai bowls so I decided to try this place out. I went and had to wait for 20 minutes for service with one 1 other person there. This was a blessing though because I got to see them make the 1 guys order and the online orders and saw that they do not clean their work stations in between orders which essentially cross contaminates the food. If you have allergies like I do to certain fruits, BEWARE! Ask them to clean the area before ordering and they complied nicely enough, the staff was really sweet. There were 2 ppl there. I don’t know what happened I think it’s under new ownership and they change the name but who where are these new girls? Are they doing a good job to make you feel unwelcome? the customer service used to be top notch hear the people are not personable there’s not a welcoming smile. Nothing I got rotten blueberries, and the girl that was attending me had a huge massive pimple on her face and I felt like I wanted to puke that was disturbing. My friend and I were looking for a good place to find "this exact place"! We tried several different other places but they didn't meet up to our standards until we tried Beyond bowls! I love the food so many different varieties of bowls, smoothie's, breakfast and lunch or dinner items. I love the no meat panini for lunch or dinner and I get the bubble waffle for breakfast. I have many food allergies so it's really hard to find a place that has the 3 meals for me.
