Casa Jimenez — Restaurant in Glendora

We have been supporting this restaurant for the last few years. Especially during the Covid lock down when they were brave enough to seat customers when it wasn’t legal to do. We told them that if they were brave enough to open we’re loyal enough to show up. We always know what we’re going to order and put our order in soon as they bring the chips and salsa. But it seems the last few times our order has gotten mixed up. Nothing so major to keep us away, but disturbing because it’s always the same order we put in. Wrong tortillas are brought, Side of bacon doesn’t show up till you were almost done. Continually running out of tea, and last time I had to go up and grab our own roll of silverware. Don’t get me wrong we love the people that work here, I understand during this time they could be understaffed. The food is wonderfully tasteful. And the price is not that far out of the norm for the days we live in. And for those last three reasons we will continue to support...

I have visited this place multiple times and unfortunately, the quality of service seems to be deteriorating each time. Yesterday, I dined with three other people and our experience was quite disappointing. From the moment we were seated, our waitress appeared to be annoyed. To avoid any language barriers, I decided to place our orders in Spanish. However, she forgot one of our salsa orders and two of our side dishes. When we reminded her of the missing items, she just walked away without acknowledging us. Furthermore, she didn't check on us throughout the meal and we had to wait for more than 25 minutes for the bill. Since the bill never arrived, we had to go to the front counter to pay for our food. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for good customer service. I definitely recommend the Claremont location...

Omg I have been coming to this place for almost 15 years and the food has always been the best but today I ordered albóndigas and it tasted like water! No flavor. I added salt, lemon and I just couldn’t eat it. To top things off, there were only 3 meatballs and they were hard and bland too. My daughter had a burrito and complained about the beans tasting bad. She never complains either. I asked the waitress if they had a new cook and she said it’s the same cook and still charged me for the horrible meal! I’m never coming here again! I have never complained in the 15 years I’ve been coming here but today was horrible and I just could not eat the soup cause it was the worst albóndigas soup I’ve ever had and the beans...
